  1. 1) You need to increase the mouse sensitivity in the GTA settings. 2) You can press ALT+F11 to force a call out should they stop.

  10. No, he's saying create a mod that will alllow you to use cars that aren't installed in the vehicles.img, and are instead placed inside a folder in your Root directory.

  12. Check the .wtd file and ensure that the textures for the lightbar and the car are there.
  13. Try reducing your GTA graphics settings, as well as closing any other programs that may be open whilst playing.
  14. What you are describing is nothing like the effect of a hollow point round. As C13 said, did you make any changes to your weponinfo.xml?

  16. Did you save whilst on duty? Try removing your gamesave.
  17. Sometimes after installing car mods you'll get an error which is usually fixed by restarting GTA IV again.... Try installing the car mod, letting it crash your game and then restarting it again.
