That's probably because your using a unregistered version. Did you pay for the version you are using now?

Like I said, to export to GTA IV, you need the latest version. You don't have this.

You create the textures in a image editing software such as GIMP, or Paint.NET not zmodeler. If you need help, create another thread instead of posting in this one.

You can't just create a model, especially when your completely new to zmodeler. Most mods for gta have been converted from another source.

He can't import because he hasn't paid for it.

You've got a really old version of zmodeler.

The whole point of the / key is to turn on the non-els lights without the siren as this is not possible normally. As a added feature it allows for the AI to move out of the way. Although it will work with ELS, that is not the actual purpose of the key.

This only works with the default or non-els cars. Cars with ELS installed won't work with this key.

Dude, this thread is pretty much dead and the owners of the group haven't been online for quite a while. It's not work applying anymore.

Please use the search feature on the site before posting. 1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders. 2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

Then just use dsound instead.

Have you installed any car mods? Are they ELS enabled? Also, what fixed the previous problem?

Yes, running as admin will also fix this problem.

The error displayed is due to a lack of permissions to access the required files. There is no file that is needed to fix the problem.

You need to right click, and select run as admin.
