Please use the search feature on the site before posting. 1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders. 2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

I pause the game so that the map is showing, then hit the windows key. 5/10 times it will resume again fine after.

@Abraxas, maybe to solve the aggresive roadblock officers would be to lower the accuracy so less of their shots are gonna kill the driver, but damage the car.

First things first, Get GTA installed and working with LCPDFR before installing any other mods. This will make it easier to narrow down the cause of any problems should you come across any. Once that's installed and working, then move onto other mods.

Building down a parliament is nothing like 9/11, your not going to die, and you have time to get everyone out. Flying into a building though? That's pretty intense! What person is going to fly into a building voluntarily knowing that they won't make it out alive and killing many civilians in the process. Evidence was found that the Taliban were behind it, as well as planned attacks on tube stations on the memorial day. If someone was to approach me and say "Oh and by the way, we need you to fly a plane into a building to make it look like your own country is being attacked by terrorists, you'll only die and kill your fellow Americans, but hey ho!" I'd tell them to go stick it up somewhere nasty! Not sure if you are trolling or what.

You need to find a photo of the vehicle from the side so that it is as straight as possible and not at such an angle. Then you can use it as a template. Demanding "Answer my questions" isn't the way to get yourself help, I almost didn't answer at all.

It's highly unlikely that your PC can handle all those different vehicle models....... The flapping doors is a bug due to the way that ELS works This is also in the wrong section. It's completely irrelevant to LCPDFR and should be in the GTA IV support section instead. You can't check which car model the problem is with, it's most likely just the sheer amount of car mods that you have in that is causing the problem.

You need to change the handling line to the one provided with the download.

I can't believe people actually allow themselves to get all hyped over a video on youtube that mentioned a supposed release date. Unless it comes from R* itself, chances are it's not true. The only person that will be disappointed when it isn't released on the date you believed from the internet is you, so don't believe it and just patiently wait for it to come out.

You really don't want to disable surge protection, your best option is to follow the advice above, once you narrow down the cause of the problem, it will be much easer to fix.

It should have been emailed to you and also been shown once you bought it.
