To be honest, I've never had any trouble with either of them, although when using dsound, you need to ensure that you are running the game as an administrator, though I don't think it's necessary with xlive.

Xliveless allows you to use gamesaves, however you cannot play online. Dsound does not allow you to use gamesaves, but you can play online.

I have LCPDFR installed, along with the latest beta of policehelper and the METT mod etc along with the majority of my weapons modded including sounds, ELS V6 all the police vehicles modded and some civi cars too and I crash very rarely and that's usually due to me spawning a shit load of annihilators.

You're using the old version of LCPDFR. Upgrade to 0.95.

You can get good handling for any tahoe. Just edit the handling file.

The real sad thing about this, is that if he had just shut up and acknowledged he was wrong, maybe even thrown in a an apology, he probably wouldn't have even got into that much trouble (though I don't know about their track record here). The staff here are awesome and are very fair with their decisions, but people expect them to put up with so much shit.

After you launching services.msc, double-click on the ICS service and click the Dependencies tab, you will see the dependencies of the service. Enable all of these and put them on auto if possible.

Are you an admin? Right click the service, and select start. This will start it manually but you'll need to do it every time you restart your pc.

open up services.msc via the run command, and look at the service indicated in the message. Change it's properties to start automatically then restart your PC.

@Dreamer- Thanks for your feedback, however I designed them from the old setup. The one you're thinking about is from season 2 onwards. In season 1, the rear lights are inside.
