  1. Either your GTA directory or subfolders are readonly And/Or You didn't run the installer as a administrator.
  2. Yep http://www.youtube.com/user/thomash131?feature=mhee
  3. If anything, the best thing to script at the moment would be to change the way that the AI civilians behave :)
  4. No worries, Enjoy :)
  5. You have to put them in your "SCRIPTS" folder. (Rockstar Games Grand theft auto IV Scripts)
  6. To get a different type of callout try moving to another part of LC or teleport there with SNT.
  7. If you have installed traffic flow correctly and you find it has no effect ingame, then try using traffic load at the same time..
  8. Yeah that download has been out of action for a while. The new download link is available in my signature...... EDIT: Great, that one is down too. Give me a minute I'll try to upload a copy to media fire as long a a member of staff says it's ok.
  9. Which vehicles slots do you have modded? "police", "police2" and "polpatriot" by any chance?
  10. I don't see the point really. It's going to take a hell of a load of coding for something which imo isn't worth all the hassle. Again, that is my opinion and there may be others who want this implemented as well. Also, the suggestions section was closed for a reason.
  11. It's easy to make a skin. But to make one that actually looks any good takes skill and practice, both of which take time.
  12. Try using the original vehicles.img or removing your current gamesave. You should never park custom vehicles outside of your safehouse........ @Ekalb, They are definitely photos from a camera lol.
  13. I like the V70 as well.
  14. Run the diagnostics tool as a administrator.
  15. do you have "xlive.dll" as well?
  16. You can still use custom vehicles. Rename the mod you downloaded to either "fbi" or "noose" and then install it. It will then stop your crashes but allow you to still use vehicles. No idea, though I hope to become one someday.....
  17. No Problem :D Good luck, and remember any problems whilst installing and you can come back here for help. EDIT: 1000th Post!
  18. I honestly can't think of any reason why you would have any problems...... Good PSU choice btw. @Neo, It's always better to buy the highest wattage you can as it will save you money in the long run when you want to upgrade.
  19. Usually Yes.... Cable management can often be a pain though.
  20. I have a Corsair Builder Series CX600 V2 (600W). It's good for the price however it emits a very high frequency noise both when the PC is on and off. Doesn't bother me but just a word of advice before building a silent setup :)
  21. The minimum for that card is a 550W Power supply. Make sure you buy a good branded PSU such as Corsair or Antec and do not buy a crappy $20 as they are more likely to blow up instead. My friend bought a el cheapo PSU and within 3 days it actually blew up and took his hard drive and graphics card with it.......
  22. I think it's probably the fact he opened three different topics all of which were identical.
  23. Just as a side note though, If you use the xliveless asi loader you will loose online functionality so if you are planning on playing online at all (On or off duty) you will need to use dsound instead.
