to reload after a crash, open the console with the ` button, top left of the keyboard. Then type "reloadscripts" Then press ALT+P and head to a station as per usual.

Open the console by pressing ` (top left of the keyboard) Then type "heal". This will give you full health and repair the vehicle you are in.

As I said in my original post, I used SNT to fix the problem.

Pretty Much. From what I've heard there isn't going to be a V7.

Use ELS v6 but don't mod loads of cars. Like I said earlier using to many ELS enabled cars will cause this.

Hi everyone. Was really unsure if I have put this in the right section but here goes. So I was recording for my latest video earlier and attended a domestic disturbance call out. After arresting the suspect my character became invisible. I experienced this glitch quite a lot in the 0.95B version but this is the first time it has occurred in RC2. I'm not asking for support as it doesn't happen often and isn't much of a biggy, but I created this topic just to see if anyone else was having this problem, and to make devs aware if needs be. After this happens I usually just change my model to the cop again using SNT. I know for a fact that I have the latest version as I checked the "InstalledVersion.txt" in the "scriptsLCPDFR" folder and it reports I have 0.95 RC2-R2

As in pros and cons? Pros At traffic stops, other vehicles won't ram your vehicle or try to go around. They will patiently wait. At Traffic lights, If you pull off a little late, they won't go around or just drive into you. Cons None, that I can think of.

When I'm responding I usually turn everything off as I turn into the street.

You could save yourself heaps of money by building a desktop computer. By buying a Alienware, your paying for the pretty lights and the logo. If you build/buy a desktop PC, you can improve the airflow and therefore your parts will last longer. Also PC parts are easily upgradeable and will be cheaper in the long run when new and better graphics cards come out.

Hey mate, I'm not trying to be rude here but there are multiple other reasons why this problem may be occurring and it seems to me like your taking wild guesses. Re-installing the game is not the only solution and you haven't even given the guy a chance to respond to the other options that were suggested earlier.

Do not re-install just yet. Are you using a cracked game? Also, go into your root directory and look for "xlive.dll" and also "dsound.dll" if you have both delete one of them, if you plan on using online, either on or off duty, delete xlive.dll as xlive.dll removes the ability to play online.

You kind of answered you own questions right there. Don't mod too many vehicles especially ones spawned by LCPDFR or trafficflow. Those are "ambulance" "firetruck" "police" "police2" "polpatriot". By only modding cars that are not spawned regularly you are greatly reducing the risk of a crash. At present there is no way to have lots of ELS enabled vehicles moving around all at the same time. The game gets overloaded and just shut down.
