ELS basically reloads carmodels at lightning speed causing the flash effect, so that's why there is a lagfest.

If it's the Taurus by bxbugs123, he should have a template in the archive you downloaded. Just search for a png, it usually contains template in the name. xD

Download a template from GTApolicemods.com and then make the skin on a layer above the template (in photoshop). Then simply hide the template layer, save it as png and import it into the wtd.

Disable the shortcuts in the trainer.ini

F3 -> then navigate with the numpad arrows.

yes. you drag and drop trainer.ini and trainer.asi in there.

Put it in your GTA IV directory, together with an asi loader. (you should already have one, dsound.dll)

Press F3 ingame for the trainer :)

Try pressing the ^/° key.

Open up console, Type "heal" If you have ELS: turn on the lights. Simple Native Trainer -> Fix Car EDIT: Damn ninja'd
