Turns out it was the car, I'll post here again though if the glitch returns! The guy who did the rambar for me re-made the model quickly and re-exported it and now it seems to be working. Thanks for your help unr3al! EDIT: @Foundstory: I'm already running the latest drivers, updated them 2 weeks ago.

When I bought the PC the 250GTS was hightech xD And it's not by PNY it's by Zotac. Anyways, contacted the dude who made the rambar for me and he is reexporting it now.

Seems like indeed it has something to do with a car. Driving around I didn't notice the bug at all, except for when I came near a dodge charger which a friend put a rambar on for me about a day ago. The doors of it seem glitched and whenever there is one near the graphics bug comes. Also, the card does 85°C under full load as I saw when playing GTA IV. So it's probably that car isn't it?

Hey guys! Kinda worried! Here my problem: Got this weird graphical glitches today - Seems like the graphics card is getting hot (I hope it's not) - Check it out for yourself and tell me if you KNOW what it is, no assumptions like "Maybe it's your graphics card). It's 30°C in my room atm, which is due to the climate where I live and the PC doesn't seem to like that, seing that the System Idles at 38°C and the Processor at 45° (which is freaking hot). So when I played GTA IV today, about 5 Minutes in I get the graphics glitch above, now my first thought: "Holy shit the graphics card" so I immediately terminated the game, all the applications, opened the side of the PC to see if it was okay, now the gfxcard seems fine, but when I terminated GTA IV, the processor temperature was at 57°C (max Temp is about 65°C) - which worries me, System Temp was at 49°C. So I turned off the pc, let it cool down for a few minutes, then I got a fan and the hairdryer (with heat turned off) and cooled the pc a bit. Booting up it started with about 32°C and slowly worked itself up to 38°C where it was idling a bit ago (system temp that is) - Now running GTA IV again gives the same problem :/ So now my PC has a bag full of Ice hanging in front of the fan and I wonder if I should be worried about my graphics card. Idle temperature now is 38°C (Sys) and 47°C (CPU). Thanks for reading guys and please tell me what it could be if you know. Thank you!

Get the normal noose guy with the balaclava and change the animation to move_cop or move_player. That is in SNT or peds.ide (I think) EDIT: Ninja'd <.<

I don't like the Tahoe and the CVPI, too many lights. The New York State Police CVPI is nice though, I use that one too. The Skin the charger has reminds me a bit of NB's skin.

Use ALT+P when the game is loaded and you can run freely on the road. (Loading is over and you're in an open area)

It's just a video game, let everyone play how he wants. If I want to shoot every suspect in the face that runs a red light it's my thing. That's why there are video games.

I use the Federal Signal SmartSiren (the one used by the NYPD). You can find it by simply googling "FS SmartSiren GTA IV". In love with that siren <3

Just shoot him in the foot, it's what I do, he usually drops the weapon and falls to the ground if you do so. Enough time to taze and arrest.

Fraps laggs because it records the screen without compressing the video. What you can do to fix this: Let fraps save the recorded to another HDD (not another partition but another HDD) or preferrable an SSD. Reduce your graphics settings Let fraps record only in half-size Terminate programs running in the back that you don't need.
