If you downloaded just the textures (which are usually only a png file), you won't have the model there. Try looking for the links to the models on the page you got it from.

Don't worry about that error. It just indicates that the game failed to load a model. The devs are mostly aware of those errors and they will be ironed out in the final/next rc.

Reckless Driving What you're saying there has been requested many times, it won't be made, there are not enough sound files. Also you should patrol the city a bit more... AI does speed and quite often. I've already seen cars doing 55 mph and more in the city.
