When you enter the station, you're supposed to walk to the door at the end of the hallway, just ahead of your guy when you enter the station. (It's the one with the glass door). If you enter that you will be asked to select your model, then brought back to the station. Then you can enter the other room with the glass door, in which you can restock health and armor and recruit a partner. Then you leave the PD through the same red marker in which you spawned. Then it will request you to choose a car. When that's done you're on duty.

The GTA IV's AI isn't perfect bro, nothing the devs can do about that. By the way, it's a not MY light, but a Brakelight.

LCPDFR is made to run on 1.0.7.0 - Furthermore, it would be really helpful if you could just read the stickies and do what they ask you to :)

Take out your gun, aim at the person and press T. That's the way it works in RC1 and all the versions before that.
