  1. Awesome work, bro. Just installed it and approved the download for you. Keep it up!
  2. Not an LCPDFR issue. Moved.
  3. next time please read the instructions in the installer :) Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  4. Wow... really? It must have been really hard to ignore the instructions in the installer and all the posts on the forum telling you what to do.
  5. Welcome to Liberty City, bro.
  6. Why should it get locked? If people (*cough* *cough*) stopped posting, it would die.
  7. I thought "hostage situation" was a mission of PPM?
  8. you probably accidentally hit the change counter location key, happened to me a few times already. Open Fraps go to the "FPS" tab and see if "hide overlay" is ticked. If it is, select the normal counter location there and you should be good to go.
  9. delete either xliveless or dsound. You're only supposed to have ONE, otherwise they can interfere with eachother.
  10. Break replied to Philtank's topic in Media
    Belongs to Media. Moved.
  11. Happy New Year.
  12. You're welcome.
  13. Please read the stickies and do what they say first. Thanks!
  14. ELS won't work without modded cars, there are some default cars with ELS though. (check gtapolicemods.com) Your VRAM/RAM might not be enough to run all those modded cars, what you are experiencing is a memory leak. You should reduce the amount of modded cars to a minimum.
  15. We've got some Non-ELS cars by Sam in the download section. It's worth taking a look at. Other than that you can try your luck at gta4-mods.com and gtainside.de.
  16. Indeed. Moved to discussion.
  17. @Molten: There is a plugin for doing Normals, that can be useful for making textures. @Slimory: Which thread?
  18. Can you explain what the problem is (error spark gives you etc) and what you want us to do exactly? Also, this doesn't belong in LCPDFR Support. Moved to GTA IV discussion.
  19. Are you fucking kidding me? Why another thread? I'm merging this. No new thread for you.
  20. You can't change the light setup via skin, as it is part of the model. You CAN edit the color of the lights though.
  21. TrafficFlowV5R2 (it's in the downloads section) - it loads a selection of vehicles in the memory, causing the game to have a bigger variety of cars driving around. As side effect it reduces the number of taxis and police cars around. Then there's also TrafficControlSystem (use google) which does the same thing. I myself use both simultaneously for a bigger effect.
  22. There is a delay between callouts of a value between 30 seconds and 2,5 minutes; that's what you might be experiencing. To change it you need to edit DelayBetweenCalloutsMinSeconds = 30 DelayBetweenCalloutsMaxSeconds = 180 in your FirstResponse.ini
  23. Not a LCPDFR issue. Moved to GTA IV discussion.
  24. The Phenom is an AM3, so it's compatible with an AM3+ MoBo. So is the RAM, which is DDR3 and will therefore fit on a MoBo which supports DDR3.
