  1. Wrong forum, moving to LCPDFR Support. To your question: Yes, just simply run the installer again and it will install the taser fine for you.
  2. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  3. Nice capslock.
  4. I have files there aswell, wtf. But I'll try reinstalling it. EDIT: Nope, didn't work. Still no traffic.
  5. I copied the whole Manhattan mod folder (The Manhattan Modification) into my Mods folder and doubleclicked the e4mod.dds file.
  6. Hey guys, I have a problem with the Manhattan Mod, I don't get ANY traffic. On top of that Battalion 9, Engine 54 and Ladder 4 don't spawn, so their house is empty on start up. If anyone could help me, i'd be glad.
  7. Yes it does.
  8. Run the program as admin and remove the read-only restrictions from your GTA IV folder. Also: incorrect section - Moving to LCPDFR support.

  10. Yeah, I love how they "spiced up" GTA IV for PC, with memory problems, no anti-aliasing and buggyness :D
  11. Games should be developed on and for PC, not for console. I'm no developer, but I'm pretty sure developing for a PC and then porting it to Xbox 360 and PS3 is easier than the other way around.
  12. NLSP -> New Liberty State Police
  13. Doesn't seem so, also, that skin is based on the one I made for KevinDV (included with the model by default). When I made it, I used the R*'s fonts, which is the reason it might look odd when using it together with other models. Anyways, if you want I can go over that skin again and replace those fonts with the one used by the NYPD, after all it's been some time since I made the skin, and you have a point. EDIT: Okay, I reworked it. I gave it to KevinDV so he can update the mod.
  14. http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/bmw-m5-e60-f5384 As for the other mods: If you want to spend 200 USD on it, then find a modder who wants to convert it, arrange it with him, and then buy a model from here.
  15. you replaced the wrong file, take bxbugs visualsettings.dat and put it into the TBoGT/common/data :)
  16. right click inside GTA IV's root folder: New > Text file - you name that commandline - then you paste one of the lines from the thread I linked inside that.
  17. either press G shortly, or hit / (on the Numpad)
  18. It's not a bug, that's a part of what makes GTA IV so awesome.
  19. That happens because you're too close to an interior (safehouse, walkable house, burgershot...), to fix it just walk into the interior and your character will appear again. Much easier solution than changing your skin or re-starting LCPDFR.
  20. Roman* You need to complete the first mission at least, before you can play LCPDFR. Just drive Roman where he wants to go, save the game and then start LCPDFR.
  21. Do you use ELS and/or high-poly car modifications?
  22. Yes and that's why we're saying: do the missions and unlock the islands legitimately.
  23. I once played with a friend on PC via my Xbox. (and yes, he was on PC)
  24. Oh really? Last time I checked you could play with people from Xbox on your PC.
