With Vancouver completely replacing all of their police cars by 2017 and with Captain14's amazing car pack,
I feel like this is the perfect moment to make a new Vancouver skin pack.
But, not everyone is happy with this change;
"This vehicle makeover makes them seem more militarized and aggressive, critics says.
Police services across the country, including Vancouver and Calgary, are replacing their aging fleets with cars painted in darker hues,
like Toronto’s switch from white with red and blue stripes, to dark grey with white reflective lettering."

British Armed Response Unit Ped Mod 
 
Hi, there!
 
I waited for very long time for modified ped models of british police. Since none of them suited me well enough - i decided to make one my self.
After couple of days i finally managed some progress and thought i should share.
 
Im new to modding with not that much of expirience and hope there are not that many bugs with this model - if you find one, let me know.
 

This is the current ARV the Met are purchasing to replace the BMW X5 E70's these are currently in service and will be growing in number i assume.  This pack contains the three variations of F15 that the met have (that i know of)
 
- ANPR ARV
- Non-ANPR ARV
- Unmarked ARV
 
Install: 
Sheriff2 and Pranger - Patchday3ng 
FBI2 - Patchday2ng 

If you experience bad handling, you will need to edit the vehicles.meta to use a vehicle handling that suits the X5 we reccomend the Baller or Baller2 

If you want to release a skin that is fine! please do not release this model with it. 
Do Not Redistribute, Rip, re-convert or convert to another game without my permission!

This is the Skoda Octavia VRS that was used by the MPS as an area car from 2012 to 2016 (some areas still have them but most were taken out of service in 2015.), This car was later replaced by the BMW 525D Area Car which mostly removed the black ANPR INTERCEPTOR bonnet but some places kept it like Kingston, This is an accurate depiction of the Skoda which includes most of the interior equipment that is in the real car.

After a long wait, I am proud to finally release my LSPD Pack with ELS Style Lighting! This pack now includes a total of 7 Vehicles:

These vehicles have been under development for several months and are fine-tuned and should be relatively bug-free (knock on wood). The installation package will modify your vehicles.meta to allow multiple liveries for all vehicles as well as changing the handling line for the police and police3 slots. This can be easily undone using the Uninstaller package included in the download. All vehicles feature HD 4k skins made by @TrentMU and possess a variety of extras, including:

Installation Instructions
Launch OpenIV and select Grand Theft Auto V. Click Tools -> Package Installer. Select "LSPD Pack Installer 1.0.0.oiv." Click install and choose whether to install to your mods folder (highly recommended) or directly into your game (not advised). Launch GTA V and enjoy!  
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The package installer fails partway through. How can I fix this?
A: The package installer modifies your vehicles.meta to change just a few lines so that the vehicles will be multi-livery enabled and handle correctly. If you are having problems installing the package, please install a clean vehicles.meta into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and then try again. A clean vehicles.meta can be found HERE. Alternatively, you can run the uninstaller package included in the download prior to reinstalling the package.
 
Q: My package installed successfully but my game is crashing while loading. How can I fix this?
A: If you experience crashing while loading, you probably don't have a gameconfig.xml configured to allow add-on cars. There are a few different gameconfigs which different people are reporting as working. You can find a gameconfig.xml to fix your crashing problem HERE, or if that doesn't work, HERE.
 
Q: I've installed the package but my lights do not seem to be working. They are showing up in the wrong places or not flashing correctly, why?
A: This mod uses a custom carvariations.meta to assign custom sirensettings to each vehicle included. If the lights are not working correctly, another mod you have installed is causing a conflict with this carvariations.meta. Please check all installed mods for a carvariations.meta file (it will be located in common/data/ within a DLC folder). If you have another carvariations which assigns a sirensetting to police, police2, police3, police4, police5, or police6, delete those vehicle entries from it and see if the issue is resolved.
 
Q: I've installed the package and my vehicles are working in game, but the lights are not bright like they are in the screenshots. How can I fix this?
A: You will need to install a light-enhancing graphics mod as well as set your Post FX and Shader settings to High. I would recommend installing Radiance V.

Here is my Texture pack for the Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.).  Pretty much everything is done, expect for the reflective line on the side panels on the Ford Explorer.  I had a rough time trying to get those to line up.  Textures are for the following vehicles (all linked to vehicles used):
CVPI Marked / CVPI Unmarked Ford Taurus (No Pictures shown) Ford Explorer Dodge Charger Both the CVPI marked/unmarked & Dodge Charger textures can be used with BXBugs123 latest versions of these vehicles (not linked)

For full immersion if playing as an OPP officer, I would use Shove's OPP Peds.  I use them and highly recommend that you use them as well.

This is the North Yorkshire Police (UK) Texture pack for a variety of vehicles.
Some of the textures are not exact due to the models not being exact to North Yorkshire Police setup.

Hello everyone, I bring you the first but not last release of LE revamped. This new cop features a new belt retextured and modified, thanks to yours truly and a big shoutout to EVI for giving me permission to release. This cop works perfectly with the holster mod. This cop can now where his vest along with your choice of holster with gun, holster without gun and now with leg holster. This guy brings realism back to the game with retextured uniform to bring out the authority in any situation. You have the choice of using the yellow taser or the black. Also it comes with new head textures, i just didn't take a pic with my busy schedule. But anywho Happy modding and more peds to come.

Installation:
