Surprisingly I've seen quite a few crown vics in London. There are a few dealerships around the country that'll let you rent a fully marked up car I've got a few alerts setup on various websites in case one ever goes up for sale as I'd love to own one.

Yeah, I've heard that too. I haven't tested it myself yet though. The PC patch is now live allowing for 60+ fps, but I'm hearing reports that people with GTX 1080's are struggling to achieve a consistent 60 fps. Really quite disappointing considering the story sounds excellent.

Glad to hear a patch for 60 fps is supposedly going live this weekend. I just hope they can do something about the god awful potato textures. The game is incredibly fuzzy even on maxed out settings - It looks and feels like a PS3 era game.

Looks like you haven't installed the .oiv file that comes with the download. OpenIV > Tools > Package Installer > EUP 7.3.oiv

Try renaming your 'GTA V' folder to Grand Theft Auto V.

Interesting. I did run a test before posting using a bare bones copy of GTA V & RPH and it worked for me. Perhaps that's just OP's problem.
