Hey again hehe. Well this seems to be a suggestions and wishlist thread so i will throw my quarters worth in. Feel free to expand or add your own too. ok first i wanna say i am LOVING 0.4! Yes its still very early in his youth and likely will receive many tender patches to fix things but here is a few thoughts i have so far from playing a bit on 0.4 ( some might be very undo-able and silly but unless you never know, miracles can happen). I know this is a Police Mod and thats its main goal but i want to start with some off duty stuff as this is new for this mod and i see a ton of immersion and things that will grab peoples attention and make the game very immersive on and off duty. ok .. 1) OFFDUTY content. Apartment - My apartment is amazing! i love the interactions so far inside. But i would really love more! To have a working refrigerator with GTA5 food in it. hehe i love the wine and green juice but more food and drink varieties please, like the fruit bowl!. The bath would be great to have a soak in as well as the shower to mix stuff up. A Remote for the TV so i can switch channels! that silly cartoon is driving me nuts!. Also a radio in main lounge and not just bedroom please, i love music. I would REALLY love a pet in the apartment. a cat or dog would be totally amazing. i could pet it, groom it and watch it just do its pet things around the home. Pets- Talking of pets, is it possible or is there any other mods that would let me own a pet dog like the ones seen in the game? i really would love in my off duty time to walk the dog in a park or along the beach or around the neighbourhood. Pets for me create companionship in a game and as this is not online GTA it might make it feel a little less lonely. Clothing - I love the off-duty wardrobe and the choice are really huge! But i would love more than one savable preset outfit for off duty. maybe 4 or 5. I want to make a formal outfit preset save, a beach outfit, gym outfit and casual one. Then i can switch to that saved outfit as and when i need for the occasion. Maybe also a post-shower one like a wrapped towel. I play as a female character so that would be a nice touch. Would love to have makeup interaction in bathroom but that sounds maybe silly. External city immersion - I love that i can now go outside and enjoy the city off duty. But could there be more? maybe interactive restaurants, cafes, diners? to be able to use cash to buy a meal. To go out to a nightclub and dance! my character has a dance option now so why not use it right! I know some clubs i can wander into that have internal rooms etc but so far i only know of the stripper club ( that seems to be void of strippers). A regular club with good trance music! I also would love to interact in a gym on the beach or in the city. Maybe a shopping malls to get clothes and supermarkets for food. Gas/fuel stations that i can fill my own car as well as patrol car with fuel. ideally a mod that creates a need for that as well as ability to use cash to pay for it. Working cash machines? is that a thing in off duty yet? AI friends- Is it a possible thing to have AI friends that i can interact with ingame off duty, bit like the main GTA story people? maybe via the phone, a bit like the story characters? be cool to meet an AI friend for a soda or something. 2) ONDUTY content. Changing rooms - Could we have working lockers that open and maybe even customisable? Maybe Police bathroom/showerroom for taking a shower while at the station and not just at home? Station Briefing room/office - I would love to have more going on in there. To go in and read up on current warrants, do paperwork for arrests or current court-cases. watch a slide show showing vehicles to watch for or peds to watch for. maybe a way to link into some callout packs? main reception desk - I did giggle when i saw the drunk girl at the desk being booked in. I love that. Can there be more random variety daily in the station? different desk scenarios going on each time i am there? I have no idea if its still in the game BUT i did once see a cop having sex with what looked like a hooker in the back stair well! seriously it was happening at the station in 0.3! i dont think a diff mod did that but it was hilarious and cool. More of that please! hehe. Could there be more interaction at the desk? could i have a role or a mod that lets me work at the desk if i wanted and deal with the public that way? Also there needs to be a interactive coffee machine. soda 'sprunk' is fine but i am a coffee girl! Ambient events - I am REALLY excited about the ambient chances in the future of this mod and game. Dont get me wrong i love callouts but being able to notice potential crimes and be proactive is exciting. There needs to be tons more! i am struggling to find anything i can use my report button for so far. i would like more, especially at night. More fights, arguments, drunks, attempt burglaries, car thefts, vandalism, hookers, pimps!, car fires, sex in public, even just people needing help with lost pets or children. So many possibilites. I am sure modders will thrive on this. Thats some of my imaginative ideas. I would like to add more and also bounce ideas with other people. So please do and this might help the mod creators and team with new ideas or just even make them smile and be like ' pffft yeah right as if thats ever gonna be a thing!' hehehe.

Hello fellow law enforcers Well i have a issue i am finding in 0.4. I have wanted to return to my apartment after ending my duty. I first go to the Police station, go OFF DUTY, get into my little pink car and drive all the way to my new and awesome apartment. The moment i walk to the front entrance and click ' enter apartment' i get a LSPDFR crash. I have tested this about 8 times so far and i always always get a crash when i try to go inside. I have been inside on game spawn and everything works fine inside my apartment, i just cant re-enter it mid game. I have no other mods or plugins running. ONLY LSPDFR 4.0, Ragehook, Scripthookv and Simple trainer. No callouts or external mods. Anyone else having this issue or know a way to fix it? 😞

A few things i have noticed. 1) The 0.4 cop uniform doesnt have a visual gun holster on the belt. Some of the AI cops have them but the player doesnt and i seen a few other street cops without a visually rendered holster. 2) i also found that if i get shot and then spawned outside the Hospital when alive again, any Police car i get into ( except from directly the police garage) doesn't have any police radio inside. its just a typical music radio. Not sure if thats a LSPDFR issue or an old issue pre 0.4. I also finding my game crashed each time i try to save a new car at my apartment.

Well their promise is down to single digit days now. The said it WOULD be released in February 2019 and i trust they keep their promises. 🙂 Looking forward to installing 0.4 in the next few days.

One thing i would love to see is some interaction with the cats and dogs in the game hehe. Just to be able to pet them in the street or even own a pet in our apartments or..take the dog for a walk along the beach! 😮 Its all the off duty stuff i am very curious about.

I personally am actually looking forward to 0.5. If the excitement for 0.4 is this good, imagine what 0.5 will be like! lmao

Oh thats cool! . With 0.4 will everyone get one of those on this site? i just checked my site profile but its only got ' About' i dont have that Stats page or Character one.

I have no idea yet how the homes/apartments will be. if it will only be a city apartment you can live in or one out in the sticks. I think i want to decide when i see where they will be. most likely stay a city cop. i am also curious as to how much a player can do while off-duty in non police game interactions. will we be able to go to a club? eat in s game cafe? go play golf or tennis or use the beach gym? things that make the off duty fun. will we be able to own a game dog and take it for walks? Then what will be able to do thats new interaction wise on duty? can we stop in at a gas station and actually buy game food and drinks? maybe at some point even fuel the cop car?

oh so some kind of cult slang thing? How did it end up as a Police greet? and is there any mod or way to edit it? it would be more immersive if the cop said a simple english greeting ie, 'hello' or ' ID please' ( as mentioned above). Its such a small thing yet simple something everyone would notice and likely appreciate. 🙂

i am just gonna wait now for 0.4 and install everything completely fresh . I am sick and tired of all these issues. HOPEFULLY 0.4 comes out this month and works fine with this new scripthookV AND if we are REALLY lucky an update from ragehook. then i really hope Rockstar just leaves the game alone. This is getting too stressful.

oh your kidding me?? gawd damn it!! i just literally deleted my old scripthookV and tried to run the game. then it crashed 4 times with endless errors so in frustration i just completely uninstalled GTAV with the idea to just reinstall the game and wait for the updates. then 2 minutes later a scripthookV update comes out. i give up i friggin swear!!

ok so question what is the use of ScripthookV? everyone seems to be saying that it all works fine without ScripthookV so i am now wondering what is even the point of it. lmao

You think maybe LMS is waiting for 0.4 to update Ragehook? Also i know you are right that LSPDFR doesnt need ScripthookV but the Trainer mods like Simple Trainer and a few others do? and surely Simple Trainer is a pretty important mod to edit things in-game, ie forceduty, rezzing cars etc?

I feel a little more worried about the mods i will need to run it such as Ragehook and ScripthookV which so far havent been updated to work with the latest GTA5 patch. Unless they are deliberately waiting for LSPDFR 0.4 before they update their Ragehook and ScripthookV. I know everyone says ' you dont need scripthookV to play LSPDFR but you do need it for the Trainers and some calloutpacks i believe so its fairly important. and Ragehook is the launcher so thats pretty important as right now its detecting the new GTAV update and wont run. 😞

Funny thing is that even if the released it today, ScriptHook anmd ragehook i dont think are yet updated for the latest version of GTAV so it might not even be playable yet lmao

Plus its gonna naturally have some teething problems with regard to compatibility with current mods so as much as i am super excited to see it 0.4 released, i may just till wait to install for a little bit and watch the dedicated and very helpful LSPDFR streamers do some tests and reviews of the update alongside mods. When any update goes live in any game i think its always wise to allow the small bugs and glitches to get patched or tested. I know with games like World of Warships that when they go live with an update it can take a few careful patches to get it right.

Thank you Wilhelm 🙂 Your totally right. My best friend is a real-life British Police officer and he loves what he calls 'pro-active' Policing. Finding crime before its reported. being able to prevent a crime and not always having to deal with it after the fact. He believes a great Police officer is one that has a gut feeling and eye for clues and signs of a 'potential' crime. He loves night shifts and prowling the streets in his car and stop checking vehicles at 3am and walking the back alleyways looking for potential things and not just waiting on calls. This is definately what i ache for in LSPDFR. Yes there are some amazing Callout mods and i love getting those calls on my radio to go attend a crime but i always crave to see signs of things about to occur due to my vigilance no matter how petty the incident i see is. It doesnt have to be a Murder or kidnapping or Rape or Terrorist act. Even just a unconscious person thats had a heart-attack or too much to drink. A lost child or pet. A burning car in a parking lot, a burglary alarm or car alarm, an argument outside a club or home, a broken down Ambulance or bus etc or even simply a person waving me down to ask directions. Every-day ambient moments that are not too extreme to make the game stressful or crazy yet active enough to keep my vigilant and aware between calls 🙂 I will read up more on the very exciting upcoming 0.4 and the mods you mentioned. I get a bit nervous of mods that change the game to a large extent, especially things that change the whole game environment in case it breaks the LSPDFR callout and script mods. I would much prefer this to be built into LSPDFR so that all other supporting mods are compatible. So i really hope the future patches and developments in and to 0.4 will just enrichen what i mentioned. i have HUGE faith in the LSPDFR team 🙂

Hello. While patrolling the streets in my car and attending calls given by my radio i watched the public as they made their way in their GTA style routines. Traffic that meandered the junctions and roads and pedestrians that walked the pathways and sidewalks. How as i would pass or come to a stop at a light , i would hear their fascinating conversations on their phones or to each other, yet seem to abide by the law. So i was thinking and hoping for a mod that would create petty crimes to randomly occur among them. An argument that develops into a full on fist fight. A passerby that bag snatches in broad daylight and sprints away from the screaming victim. A man walking a dog that find his dog suddenly barks and attacks a neighbour. A house or store/shop that out of the blue begins emitting a burglary alarm. Maybe a few suspicious acting people in an alleyway selling drugs or now and then ( not too often as it would just be a bit too weird) people having sex in a alleyway or a car ion a parking lot, their vehicle rocking about and the sound of moans of sex ( maybe another member of the public flagging your car down to point and complain of loud music or sex in public or drugs being sold).. A naked person flashing themselves in a mall and the Mall security waving you down. Maybe a knife-point robbery here and there at nightime that you spot as you check the allways and parks with your spotlight and quiet patrolling. A house on fire, a car broken down and holding up traffic and an old lady looking in need of help as she tries to cross a busy junction. A lost child on a busy city street crying. A mother LOOKING for a lost child in a public park or beach. A request for a mod that creates random ambient events but NOT callouts. Things that happen in this world before it ever get to a police radio. 🙂 Could this be a thing? 🙂

Hello LSPDFR team and community 🙂 I am totally excited about 0.4. I had taken a long break from GTAV and LSPDFR as i was playing it over a year ago. since then its come along leaps and bounds and i am inspired by so many great LSPDFR streamers too. I just wished to raise my thoughts and i guess slight concerns. I am hoping and i am sure they are that most if not all of the active mod /plugin creators will be keen to update their mods to match 0.4. Also will the new 0.4 version of LSPDFR actually absorb and now have the abilities of many of the plugins and mods? Will there be new menu's, options that actually do what some of the plugins have had to do before and therefore reduce the amount of plugins we need? For example i get conflict messages recently when i boot my game up and Forceduty on one test run of 0.3 with mods that 'Arrest manager' and 'Stop The Ped' basically conduct the same functions and almost fight for priority in certain in-game actions. It therefore caused me to consider if i even needed both anymore and which of them is the least updated and efficient. So will 0.4 maybe be replace or providing the functions they both do for example and therefore removing a need for either of those? ( as an example). I know from heavily modding many other games i play, that finding mods/plugins that can duplicate and perform functions that several others do and therefore reducing my mod load is a blessing for performance and stability. My hope is that with 0.4 many of the mods/plugins needed or desired for 0.3 may not be so needed. One example again is EUP. If 0.4 creates a character edit where i can design and create my own custom Officer, i wont need EUP installed. I wonder how many other mods/plugins might not be needed now or in future updates 🙂
