Apartment constant crash

Hello fellow law enforcers

 

Well i have a issue i am finding in 0.4.

 

I have wanted to return to my apartment after ending my duty. I first go to the Police station, go OFF DUTY, get into my little pink car and drive all the way to my new and awesome apartment. The moment i walk to the front entrance and click ' enter apartment' i get a LSPDFR crash. I have tested this about 8 times so far and i always always get a crash when i try to go inside. I have been inside on game spawn and everything works fine inside my apartment, i just cant re-enter it mid game.

 

I have no other mods or plugins running. ONLY LSPDFR 4.0, Ragehook, Scripthookv and Simple trainer. No callouts or external mods.

 

Anyone else having this issue or know a way to fix it?

We've tested the apartment extensively but looks like something is wrong there - please share your RagePluginHook.log file (from the session where it crashed) in this thread here and I will take a look.

I have the same issue. Everything else works great so far and I think these guys have done a fantastic job so I'd really like to figure this out. 

 

- If I am playing for any amount of time and travel to the apartment, LSPDFR crashes when I try to enter.

- It looks like 0.4 boots with 2 spawn options (?), the player apartment or a police station. If the game boots with an apartment spawn then it seems I have a high chance of crashing (as the rage log below will always say the same thing, which references the apartment, still testing this theory) In the last 6-8 startups I've had 4 successful attempts, 1 apartment and 3 police station. Most of the time It get to the black screen that says loading LSPDFR, then the crash error comes up on the screen but the game still runs and I can just alt/tab out of it to shut it down.

 

EDIT:  One thing that stands out to me immediately in the log, which may be nothing or it may be something, is the following lines referencing E:\GTA V... but my game directory is actually B:\..   the E:\ below doesn't exist on my computer and thought it might be worth pointing out.

I dont use PLD or any mods like that. How do i save or paste my crash report? not sure where i grab that from as i do want to share it if it will help the team.

You can find the latest log in the game directory (where GTA5.exe is). Older log files will be in the "logs" subfolder.

Cool. It also totally crashed the game as well. i get an infinite black loading screen right after the crash message. Only way out is to force close the game i find via Task manager and then reboot Ragehook back up which then spawns me back inside the apartment. My poor Officer Shai Cotton has a hangover from all her crashes hehe.

 

BUT i did get to save a diff car. now i have a babypink softtop mini! very her indeed!

So I've switched to borderless window mode and changed the RHP timeout time from 10000 to 30000. I haven't had a crash since changing these settings. I've tested multiple game restarts, character swaps, teleports to and from apartment and police station and the game continues to run without a hitch. 

 

Edit: Guess I should add that the only other things I've done is reinstall ELS along with my cars and reinstall EUP along with the recently uploaded EUP settings files.

IM having a problem myself. As soon as I load with Franklin it’s crashes about 5 seconds after lspdfr loads (0.4). I have no call outs, cars, nothing. Just script hook and the native it has.

Yes i do. still always crashes when i try to go home after work. I guess poor Shai will be a homeless cop until the next patch fix hehe. But thats ok as at least they Team know about the issue and will fix it.

I have the same issue when I attempt to enter my apartment after going off-duty. I press enter and it crashes and all i get is an infinite black loading screen. I'd love a fix for this so that I can just relax and enjoy my apartment after a long day of stress from a hard job. If anyone finds a fix please let me know ASAP! -Thanks!
