I have fixed the problem, i will go straight to the point. Bejoljo forgot to mention to replace a folder when updating both of his mods (Stop the ped and ultimate backup) since im not great at explaining instruction, watch this short video that iv made for you guys all you need is to Re-download stop the ped and ultimate backup and to do this following steps for both mods when replacing the following file: (the right side of the screen is the game main directory) and just like this your done, enjoy your game

finally, theres a 2017 Silverado great mod, there is a bit of bugs such as the right side wheels a bit offset than the left side, ill post some pics of it in a sec, but overall great model

you can change the color of the car to what ever you want, and for the light bar being blacked out is because of you vehicle tint, remove the tint using a trainer

I'm playing lspdfr right now after I did that

I have the solution ( it worked with me), open openIV, click on your mods folder, click edit and then a green note will pop up, it will say something like update your mods folder to a recent update ( it said something similar to that ) and there will be a clickable button says update mods folder.
