What antivirus do you have? Have you installed all your drivers for your device? Also try to launch cmd in admin mode type sfc /scannow to check for file system corruption.

Solved by reinstalling risker traffic stops in full.

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open task manager then make sure All GTAV processes are properly shutdown. Then restart openiv to edit. if you have steam, epic, or retail version close down the launcher then relaunch.

Make sure you have the lastest ragenative.ui you can get it here. https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases Also included youir ragehook log file next time.

Yes you should verify your game files but in the future do this have three game files one for online one for lspdfr and one you don't touch or update in order to revert game files if needed.
