  1. No, but I will
  2. Ah, sorry. I didn't clarify. Yes the timescale part appears every time I load RPH (it's a part of the loading process) but for some odd reason ever since I was on 0.41 it sometimes crashes on the "Miscellaneous" Timescale part. Usually happens after the game crashed once before.
  3. This isn't a permanent crash and works the next time I start RPH. I was just wondering if there's a way to prevent this/fix it?
  4. Actually the very last thing I could think of is to reinstall Windows, then steam, then the game, then RPH. But that can be kind of difficult for some and sometimes just not worth the hastle.
  5. Well shit. Sorry man. I really do wish I could help you more... My knowledge doesn't extend too far of RPH. Good luck to you man... I'll read through the log and see if I can help anymore.
  6. Ok, last thing: Have you tried uninstalling RPH?
  7. Does the game run without RPH? If not, verify the integrity of the game cache. (Also, no need to apologize. Just giving you a helpful tip 👌)
  8. (Just as a side note: Put pictures, logs, really anything that clutters up the screen in a 'spoiler' window. Just for the convenience of us) 1) Have you tried Googling the issue? Someone may have already figured this out. 2) Does the crash log end with the same thing every time?
  9. Would be nice to have the lightbar as an extra to toggle
  10. I'm in the midst of editing it now. Thank you for your input. As for the light bar, I'll look into the model you suggested.

Completely and realistically based off of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) These are NOT full models. Just textures for models by @Thehurk You can find the models here: Important Information: Some may consider the motto on the cars to be "not realistic" because it does not match the real life CHP motto of "Safety, Service and Security". However, "Authority, Obedience and Force" follows the GTA tradition of parodying real life police mottos Some things that don't quite match up to the CHP: The "HIGHWAY PATROL" on the back of the 2015 Charger is moved up to adjust for the model The "HIGHWAY PATROL" on the back of the CVPI is not quite like its irl counterpart as the texture doesn't allow me to make it exact (Unless you want it to curve at the top) Please, if you have any suggestions in regards to how I can make the mod better then please put them in the comments rather than write a review. Thank you.
  11. Thank you! Thanks to you I went and looked at the 215 Addons Pack. I found that there's something called 'gameconfig.xml' this let me increase the limit of cars. I must have been at my limit for addons :/
  12. Honestly, I found that you don't actually need to change the vehicles.meta (at least I didn't) all it wants you to do is add "flags_has_liveries" but it was already there for me. Essentially, don't add it at first. Go into your game and check to see if it spawns with multiple liveries. If it doesn't have multiple liveries then you have to add the flag in the vehicles.meta
  13. Where should I put the vehicles,meta? and Carvariations.meta?
  14. 2 things that would be nice to include in a future update (just convenient) 1) To make this an LSPDFR plugin 2) To integrate with Update Manager to notify of updates
  15. Would be nice to allow intimidation mode even if the plugin doesn't detect a holster. The plugin doesn't detect all of the holsters given by EUP. Mainly the holsters default to the long sleeve variant of uniforms
  16. I'd like to start off by apologizing if this is the wrong place to post this question. I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that gives the in-game s_m_y_swat_01 outfit to my freemode character so that I can use it with EUP and Police Partner (by Darkmyre) Before people recommend RDE: I don't want to have to install a giant mod for the possibility of getting the outfit. If RDE for sure, without a doubt, 100% has the default SWAT outfit then I'll do it; but I need confirmation first. Thank you.
  17. That's just it though. On the previous GTA version everything worked fine, but when I tried to add them back, it doesn't work :/ And I have tried adding it where another vehicle I have downloaded is (Police Fugitive which is tested and working) but yet the game gives the same issue... (update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2)
  18. A copy of the RPH log would be helpful as well
  19. I appreciate the gesture, but in the post linked it specifically states "Any police car that does not replace one of those slots is considered an add-on and needs specific manipulations that WILL NOT BE EXPLAINED HERE. We're here to talk about original police car slots." and my specific case is about add-on vehicles. Thanks though.
  20. If you followed the instructions to the mod proper then I can't help you too much. All I can give to contribute is some detailed instructions: For the Explorer (I'm guessing it's the one by PimDSLR) For the Charger (Again, guessing it's Bxbugs123) This should work, if it doesn't then there is an issue with your GTAV. I would consider verifying the integrity of the game cache.
  21. Since the new GTA title update I've been unable to add custom vehicles to x64e... This may get complicated but if you think you can help me please read along :) Since GTAV's title update (1.0.791.2) I haven't been able to re-enable any vehicle addons mods that used x64e or update.rpf (for the vehicles.meta). As many may already know, R* changes the update.rpf and vehicles.meta each update. I thought going into the update that I could simply add the lines of code to the vehicles.meta and add the models back into x64e but that's not the case. No matter how many vehicles I add (I have a total of 6 and I've tried each one individually) it constantly crashes on startup and gives the last line of code to "Loading and Populating Game World" on the crash report. The game works fine without the vehicles and vehicles.meta and everything worked on the previous version of the game. I'm going to include the addon vehicles.meta code so that hopefully someone is able to find the discrepancy. Thank you in advance and don't hesitate to ask for more information. Vehicles.meta addon: RPH Crash Log: /!\UPDATE/!\ I found the issue. The issue was that my game was at its limit for addon cars. I downloaded a mod that changes the gameconfig.xml and now it works You can find the mod if you're having the same issue here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-add-more-addons
  22. Does anyone know of a good place to put vehicle model, vehicle.meta and carvariation.meta files where they won't be interrupted by updates? Right now I have my files in x64e, vehicle.meta in update.rpf, and my carvariations.meta in mpluxe2. I wanted to know if there's a better place to place the files where it won't make me reinstall the models and .metas for each update.
