Emergency Uniforms Pack - Support
Ensure your GTAV installation is updated with the latest DLC. Your dlclist.xml should also look something like this.

Emergency Uniforms Pack - Support
Your EUP configs are corrupted/in an incorrect format. Delete all files in the Plugins/EUP/ folder and let the menu regenerate them. Note that by doing this any saved characters and wardrobe outfits will be lost. While EUP does have the ability to change walkstyle, none of them will make your character act drunk or run significantly slower. Try EUP on a fresh install of GTA and see if this issue persists.

EUP Menu
There is -- you press space (X on controller) when selecting a voice. It's not documented so it's easy to miss. We're slowly implementing all the controls onto the instructional buttons in the bottom right, but there's quite a bit! For now, I attached a little text file that contains all the current controls. controls.txt

EUP makes use of some of the more recent DLC. So, if you don't have a properly updated game, funny things like that tend to happen. The update.rpf in your mods folder should be up to date with the latest patch and a dlclist.xml that looks similar to this. Also ensure all dlcpacks are present in /update/x64/dlcpacks/.

Emergency Uniforms Pack - Support
I believe it's Simple Trainer that handles it. Don't quote me on that though. It's not Simple Trainer -- I actually left in some code that handles it. I just did some testing and I no longer get an infinite loading screen when I die as an MP ped. Rockstar likely fixed that in a recent update. So that fail-safe will be removed in the next version of the menu. Apologies for that. Please make sure you are replacing the presetoutfits.ini with the one provided in the download. You cannot equip weapons while the menu is open.

You can accomplish that by making separate characters. Selecting voices for uniforms makes things more complicated than they need to be. I agree with the voice names though. We'll change that.

They were removed for the time being. They will come back sometime in the near(ish) future as part of SUP (Services Uniforms Pack).

EUP Menu
@Jinja @ZZ13 Looking into it. Fixed in 2.1.0.1. @Arariel The menu will load fine on 0.41. In regards to EUP itself working on a lower game version, I'm not sure. Try it out and see.

- Version 2.3.0.0
EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification. EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier. Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease. Sunny day? Why not put on some shades. Hate your face? A mask solves everything. Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself. Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists. What happened to the Accessories menu?: As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update. Requirements: 1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+ 2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+ 3) EUP Law & Order 8.3 4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5 Installation: 1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it). 2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder. 3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations). Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine. Awesome! Good to hear.

The computer will default to the LSPD background if it doesn't find one defined in the .ini. Are you sure the model names are addhwaycar?

@WinstonC Working on something like that for the next version. @OfficerChilled Check the support link in the description. Solution is listed in the FAQ.

Also an issue I can't address unfortunately. Makes me almost want to make an in-house solution, but that would take me way too long.

I agree. This is something that @MulleDK19 would need to implement in an RPH release. We're working on showing a picture of the vehicle model. The library of models thing is a really good idea! I'll try my best to implement it for the next release.

I don't fully understand what you're asking. If you want to create a character you can go to Characters -> Create Character.

118 isn't a valid key. Here's a list of valid keys. They're under the member name column.

Can you verify that the plugin itself is loaded? You can check by typing ListPlugins into the RPH console. EUP Menu should come up in that list. Nope. A couple of people had this issue and when they reinstalled the game and EUP, everything seemed to work fine. So either they had a faulty install or there's a mod conflict we don't know about. From the FAQ: The menu says I don’t have EUP installed. What gives?1. Ensure the eup folder is in update/x64/dlcpacks.2. Check your dlclist.xml in update/update.rpf/common/data/ for the following line:<Item>dlcpacks:\eup\</Item>It should be towards the end of the file. If you don’t see it, add it.

You must be wearing either the short-sleeve LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, SAHP or security uniform. It will then appear under Accessories -> Extras.

You can't. EUP is only meant for the player character. Sure. Just use any trainer that allows you to change clothing (like Simple Trainer, Skin Control, or Menyoo).

No. Just take the settings.ini from the download and copy it to Plugins/EUP/.
