yes its a liberty (the old style). The liberty II is slightly larger profile, has a different styled lens setup, and doesn't have colored lenses, but rather has the ability to utilize colored inner inserts if so desired. Plus the liberty II uses a stacked 3 LED alley light as opposed to the older LR-11 style alley light as shown in the pic.

I definitely second Iggy. I love my 970 and it is a more-than-capable card to play GTA with heavy mods at 60+fps on all very high or above. But I think the 1060 would be a better card to go with considering the price is the same if not lower than the 970, and from what I have seen the performance is nearly identical. Plus, you get that extra 2gb of VRAM. If you're buying it used off a friend or something, absolutely go for it. I upgrade from a 960M to the 970 and the difference was in one word astonishing.

I checked each and every plugin, but didn't think to check my scripts and that is in fact the issue! Much appreciated @Slendis !

Certainly a reasonable solution, I just was trying to get to the root of the issue.

Just wanted to see if anybody here has experienced the same issue as me... When trying to change the warning pattern for ELS with the U key, ever time i press it my character exits the vehicle. It changes the pattern, but if I want to scroll through 10 patterns, that means getting out of the car 10 times, nvm trying to see how all 100+ of them look lol. The "I" and "O" keys work just fine to change those patterns. I have looked through the keybindings and it appears that there is no GTA keybinding for that key and I haven't found anything to explain why pressing it makes me exit the vehicle! Any ideas/wisdom would be appreciated!

It actually isn't an ion. We know that the ion is a much smaller lighthead, although it is in fact offered in whelen's newer "V" configuration. It appears to be a whelen 500 series based on the size, in one of the older raider housings. It seems like CHP has utilized these housings for some time in their pushbar lights. Seems kinda useless to have on the side of a pushbar when it could just be surface mounted with the flange, but thats just my opinion here is the lighthead itself. Not sure if putting it in the raider housing is something they just make for CHP or their installers just purchase the housings and put the lightheads in them per CHP's spec. @BoomerSooner3 It sounds as if you don't have the VCF installed, or perhaps it is installed in the improper location. Because what you are describing sounds like behavior consistent with an ELS vehicle that is installed with no VCF or ELS disabled. (I know this because my AI cars have the same result because I turned ELS off on AI vehicles to increase performance.)

Yeah I have only programmed motorolas (xts3000's and 2500's) for a few people on my dept and it took a while to get the CPU to recognize the cable and read the radio code plugs

To this day my programming computer is this old desktop i have sitting around with win XP on it with a DB9 Got to love moto and their finicky CPS.

CS GO @ about 300 FPS. Boots in less than 10 seconds. Couldn't be much happier with this computer! Hoping to upgrade to a 1070 at some point in 2017 :-)

Heroin does some weird stuff. The fact that you thought he might have been dead doesn't come as a surprise based on what I have seen it do (Police/Fire/Ambulance dispatcher and EMT in a blue collar community here). The only real way to reverse the effects of heroin is Naloxone which I'm sure they administered in the back of the truck, but kudos for stopping with good intentions.

He dropped out the day before my state's primary but I had every intention of voting for him. A smart, well-educated, and logically-sound man with great ideas for how to keep more money in our pockets, promote businesses, and take this country in the right direction. He was definitely the right libertarian candidate as opposed to Johnson, who as was already mentioned in this thread, agreeably was not the right candidate for the party. I hope I live to see a libertarian candidate like him in the oval office.

Definitely agree that America in its current state is a....fixer upper....(for lack of better terms). I think what makes this country great is its rich history and traditions, expansive individual liberties for all citizens, individual and states' rights, and I know that I feel a lot of pride in all of these things. I think time will really be the only way to gauge the degree to which the new president elect can be efficacious in the policies he drafts, how he reduces the massive national debt, and most important to me, maintains the principles I mentioned above. I said it before and I'll say it again, I think that Trump definitely better encompasses the values of what the US always has been and should continue to be.

I actually do not play at home at all. I work overnights and things are usually quiet, so I literally only use my gaming laptop at work haha. Hoping to build a desktop before the end of the year though so I can play at home.

EVERY time I run GTA, in order to get the best FPS possible because I am a FPS sl*t, I run a windows batch file that helps reduce stuttering and increase FPS to an acceptable level . And i really limit my mods, keep plugins and scripts to a minimum, and only have a couple cars installed at a time. Don't be like me. Get a good laptop.

I also run GTA V on a laptop with medium-low graphics and some mods, but I have a 960M, so I can only imagine the 980 would do an amazing job. I also have the i7-6700 procrssor, and 16gb ram. I do agree thought, the 1060 is a hell of a GPU and would do you even better with performance, even though the deal on that gigabyte is a STEAL IMO.

They definitely fulfill their purpose as a ruggedized laptop well. We have been using the CF-19's in the field for at least the 4 years I've been around and I must say, they are kind of junk. Hard to type reports with such a small keyboard and the touchscreens aren't very responsive. But they can definitely take a beating.

As a staunch libertatian, I was disappointed that the third party candidate that I voted for reached single-digit numbers in the popular election. Nonetheless, I was relieved (and surprised) to wake up to Donald Trump as the new President Elect. Unlike Clinton, he has been forthcoming with his (unfiltered) vision for the country, while Clinton has been a lying and corrupt career politician for years and years. Watching videos of H Clinton from many years ago, I see a woman, not a robot, and I think she had good intentions and might have truly had the desire to do good... but since SOS and her habitual lying about emails, in addition to failing to claim responsibility for the Americans killed in Benghazi, I think she has proven that she is unfit to be trusted by the public. Plus I can't possibly imagine lower tax rates with her extensive social programs, including massive funding of planned parenthood and the "affordable" care act (out of principle, I do not believe in my tax dollars going toward any sort of govt-run or funded healthcare). Much of what Trump says will never come to pass and I think that he now knows that the battle is over and the presidency is his. I hope that he will lead the country in a new direction and work with congress to bring back some of the fiscally conservative policies & principles we haven't seen in nearly a decade.
