That's what it seems to be, but its only safe to assume all versions are effected. QuantV asi and ENB dll files Quant used seems to all be malicious, so I ended up completely removing it from my games.

Recently, it has been brought to my attention that QuantV uses a portion of Malicious Code in the recent August updates that were released. The August updates via Patreon are believed to contain Malicious Code that runs a command to delete your drives containing A-Z and theoretically deletes Windows OS causing it to fail to boot. This is the official statement from CFX, and I figured I should mention it here. I was a previous QuantV user, although I only used older versions, it's better to be safe than sorry. I looked at your file and several of your configurations have the same jurisdictions for various units. LSPD and SAHP have the same jurisdictions (zones) such as Richman, and Davis, also you set up LSPD and SAHP to have female local units in those jurisdictions - all within Custom Regions XML. This is likely why Custom Regions XML is crashing. You can only set one jurisdiction per department, however, you may use the Special Units XML to create units as an add-on, without the possibility of exceeding the limit of departmental jurisdictions. You will need to change both LSPD and SAHP and ensure both do not cover any of the same jurisdictions and then you can add female local units to the Special Units XML file. You can take the preexisting settings from Default Regions XML, and add them to Special Units XML if you wish to have them. There is no need to set each jurisdiction for special units, as they respond anywhere upon request. You can also set them up to be requested during pursuits, traffic stops, felony stops, Code 2, Code 3, etc. by turning these settings to true within the Special Units XML file.- 937 comments

It says a setting already exists. So double check the entire file and see if you created any settings twice. Could be regions defined twice to certain departments, or a unit specified twice, etc.

With the help of TeamYouTube, I was able to have this resolved. As stated in my appeal, my content abides by the EULA requiring a purchased copy of the game when activating your CD Key with GFWL and the automation or manual review picked up on showing people how to get access to a portion of game files for free. This would have flagged my content as 'harmful/dangerous' [inappropriate content], however, my content didn't meet the criteria for YouTube to have the authority to fully remove my video from the platform. If anyone else deals with something like this, I highly recommend reaching out to TeamYouTube and asking them to manually review your content.

YouTube recently took down my tutorial video of GTA IV Complete Edition How To Downgrade + Install LCPDFR 1.1 (2021 Full-Length Tutorial) and it seems I am the only one experiencing this mess. My warning appeal was rejected within 3 minutes, so I doubt a real human read my appeal. This was a video that surpassed 21,555 views, 400 likes/comments, and a huge chunk of watch time hours. It stayed on YouTube for well over a year, and it is just surprising to see it vanish with no indication as to why. For YouTube to remove it with no warning, and to reject my warning appeal - concerns me a lot. There are thousands of creators like myself that upload these kinds of videos, and I am afraid YouTube will continue to hurt my channel among others over this alleged community guideline policy violation for bypassing purchases of a game/software/service, etc. My tutorial among others abides by the EULA and legal agreement terms and conditions regarding purchases and distribution. Has anyone else encountered this type of issue before? My tutorial uses Games for Windows Live, and Steam as verification processes, and for YouTube to disregard that, terrifies me to realize how much power they have over smaller creators. I read the legal notes and ToS and nothing that I have shown on YouTube was deserving of a video removal with no email or contact information to clarify the fine line between bypassing purchases to using a game/software/service that utilizes verification software such as GFWL and Steam. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think this is an overlook on YouTube's behalf or do you think YouTube will continue to target smaller creators such as myself regarding these tutorials containing game patches? I am afraid this will change the direction of my channel, as currently, I am almost halfway to 4,000 watch hours, and halfway to 1,000 subscribers for the eligibility of monetization on my channel.

Hello, all. Is there a way to change the gate behavior regarding Michael's house? Both the sliding gate and fence gate do not react to any characters aside from Michael himself. There are many callouts that revolve around Michael's safehouse and I was wondering if anyone was able to figure this out - especially for MP Peds? Thank you.

This plugin only reads what is installed to EUP Law and Order and Serve and Rescue in OpenIV. So if you want custom uniforms you'll have to replace the preexisting uniforms in OpenIV.

I heard about decals not showing due to a connection error between the game and the server before, but never to the point where uniforms were broken entirely. Glad you found the source of the issue with your game.

I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your answer for your game's issue. This was exactly my issue after the new GTA 5 update, and I couldn't play LSPDFR for 2 months, so I started playing LCPDFR again. Most people don't share how they solved their game issues, but thank you for being one of the few who do. You saved me from having to update a heavily modified game build.

Can you show what your lspdfr data folder and custom data folder looks like? Maybe there are some files in there that you may have from a different modification before installing mine.

I literally have no idea. If you have a vanilla folder of LSPDFR with no other mods, aside from Law & Order 9.3 + Serve & Rescue 1.5 and ensure they are enabled in your DLC list, then I have no idea why they aren't working. My game version is still on an older version of LSPDFR/RPH and takes too long to start RagePluginHook so I can't exactly get into the game and check it anymore. I recommend to watch the tutorial video, and see if you can install LSPDFR/EUP from scratch again.

Did you install all data files from the data folder as well? They won't show up in the duty selection menu unless you add and replace the existing files in the folders (including the custom data folder also).
