  1. Not particularly, unless you already have Simple Trainer to create a weapon loadout. Just easier to click a button than use a menu in my opinion. Some departments (more so fire departments) typically do not have a loadout configuration since they would spawn with police weapons as a backup.
  2. Try using the old 1.1 rar lcpdfr files.
  3. No question is ever dumb. Default regions basically cover the entire city, county, or state areas. These may include LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, or SAHP. Custom regions are essentially the same but in smaller jurisdictions defined by zones. Just like default regions, custom regions require their own settings for female local backup, transport, K-9, SWAT, etc. And to edit the lifeguard, they can be found in special units, which don't require a specific jurisdiction to call them as a backup. For the default backup menu, their vehicle setting can be found in the agency eup file.
  4. You shouldn't need to change anything, as it is enabled by default, but if you need to re-enable it, I assume it's the following two settings in the ini. Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock = false AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = false
  5. MSVCR110.DLL usually indicates a missing Visual C++ file. Hopefully, someone else can help you out. I'm about as confused as you are, sorry!
  6. Try this one. https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=26999
  7. Try installing both the x86 and x64 versions. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347
  8. I see you put the Grand Theft Auto IV folder in the "New Folder". The game might not be detecting your files since it's not in the directory of where you purchased the game from such as Steam or Rockstar Games. If I had to guess, it seems like a directory issue.
  9. You're not using Rich's police enhancements, are you? It could be that mod is causing an issue with the ELS setting in the ini.
  10. This mod relies on the ambient spawning system to spawn the units in the correct jurisdiction. In what way is it broken? I never heard about that.
  11. What's New In 6.4? Added SAF Law Enforcement Backup [Default Backup/Ultimate Backup] Added SAF To Duty Selection Menu Added Cayo Perico Park Ranger Station Fixed Female T-Shirt Uniform (LSFD, LSCoFD, BCFD) Fixed Female Class C Uniform (SAF) Fixed EMT Class C Uniform (SAMS) [Male/Female] Separated Motor Units From Patrol Car Backup Updated AR Attachments With Scopes Updated Security Agencies Vehicle Slots With FBI2 Updated Mirror Park Jurisdiction To LSDRP Updated Davis Jurisdiction To LSSD
  12. This modification only adds departments that are from EUP using mp-free mode peds.
  13. Callouts still function on the island, and it gives players an opportunity to explore new places. I think removing the backup entirely from the island would make it useless.
  14. I had to delay the update for a few various reasons, but primarily I had to install Windows on a new SSD. I also decided to update GTA 5 and LSPDFR as they were severely outdated, as I was dealing with texture loss on the game copy that I had backed up. I now have a stable 60 FPS and hopefully will have a much better experience with newer plugins and scripts that previously crashed my game. Thanks, everyone, for your patience, and I hope to have this mod updated soon. If you have any suggestions or need to report a bug, please let me know.
  15. I didn't know that, but I figured I would pick the Park Rangers when G17 first teased Cayo Perico using them. Few new agencies or departments currently patrol around San Andreas, and I would like to make some use of the possible backup options from EUP Backup Configurations.
  16. Here's the rundown of the next update patch notes. I am about halfway done, but I am still thinking about what else to add or change. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Added Cayo Perico Park Ranger Station Added City/County Coroner Uniforms [Male/Female] Fixed Female T-Shirt Uniform (LSFD, LSCoFD, BCFD) Fixed EMT Class C Uniform (SAMS) [Male/Female] Updated AR Loadouts With Scopes Updated Securoserv, L&L Security, & Chuff Security Vehicle Slots With FBI/FBI2 Updated Los Santos Department of Recreation and Parks (LSDRP) Jurisdiction (Mirror Park)
  17. I am seeking suggestions from the LSPDFR community in deciding what department should patrol Cayo Perico. You can find this reference to my EUP Backup Configurations modification found here.
