  1. that won't work since this uses the 9.3 version. you would need Tom's version here.
  2. No. But it is ultimately user preference.
  3. Hold my gun or simple trainer is needed to give yourself weapons. if you use the fire or ems uniforms in the duty locker, they do not include loadouts since they are programmed to act like the police.
  4. GTA 5 LSPDFR #48 - Shoot-Outs In Sandy Shores | SAHP '07 Shelby GT500 via @YouTube
  5. The issue should be fixed now. Sorry about that.
  6. Is it the default backup menu, or Ultimate Backup? I'll take a look when I can.
  7. It works for me. If they are wearing parachutes, that usually indicates you're on the wrong version of EUP.
  8. You need to install EUP Serve and Rescue 1.5
  9. Not particularly, unless you already have Simple Trainer to create a weapon loadout. Just easier to click a button than use a menu in my opinion. Some departments (more so fire departments) typically do not have a loadout configuration since they would spawn with police weapons as a backup.
  10. Try using the old 1.1 rar lcpdfr files.
  11. No question is ever dumb. Default regions basically cover the entire city, county, or state areas. These may include LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, or SAHP. Custom regions are essentially the same but in smaller jurisdictions defined by zones. Just like default regions, custom regions require their own settings for female local backup, transport, K-9, SWAT, etc. And to edit the lifeguard, they can be found in special units, which don't require a specific jurisdiction to call them as a backup. For the default backup menu, their vehicle setting can be found in the agency eup file.
  12. You shouldn't need to change anything, as it is enabled by default, but if you need to re-enable it, I assume it's the following two settings in the ini. Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock = false AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = false
  13. MSVCR110.DLL usually indicates a missing Visual C++ file. Hopefully, someone else can help you out. I'm about as confused as you are, sorry!
  14. Try this one. https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=26999
  15. Try installing both the x86 and x64 versions. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347
  16. I see you put the Grand Theft Auto IV folder in the "New Folder". The game might not be detecting your files since it's not in the directory of where you purchased the game from such as Steam or Rockstar Games. If I had to guess, it seems like a directory issue.
  17. You're not using Rich's police enhancements, are you? It could be that mod is causing an issue with the ELS setting in the ini.
  18. This mod relies on the ambient spawning system to spawn the units in the correct jurisdiction. In what way is it broken? I never heard about that.
