The user mentioned a request for support from three years ago and shared a link to my modification. Both the EUPFR Basic and Ultimate Editions produce the same results as my modification. However, my modification offers some extra features that the others don't. For example, it provides a local backup that integrates EUP when the callout developer enables them, a customized ambient spawning system where the units spawn in their proper jurisdiction, and additional stations. Essentially, the modifications are similar, but mine has some minor improvements. In the future, please be more aware of the date of a post to avoid confusion.

I don't plan to create a map for in-game use. I was planning on making a reference map, but it is too tedious for the amount of backup options this mod offers. I think I will make a text doc and specify each department's patrol zones.

Generally speaking, Metro LSPD patrols Textile City down to the Strawberry area. LSPD patrols uptown near West Vinewood and northeast including Murrieta Heights.

I suggest backing up all your files and reinstalling everything. Avoid installing custom EUP to avoid conflicts.

Do you use default backup or Ultimate Backup? Where in the game were you when this happened? What uniform were they wearing? If you could attach a photo of what it looks like, I can take a look for you.
