Unfortunately, I cannot answer either of those. I don't know what causes it, but I don't think you don't have to start in windowed mode each time, but you may need to keep forced directx11 checked each time.

No, you're just fine in recommending them, I just wanted to point out that sometimes mods that haven't been updated aren't compatible.

Do note, however, two of those were last updated in 2015, and the third was updated in January of this year. There's a chance none of those are compatible with game versions.

Lol, yeah, "nonviolent" and protest don't work together at all. You know why they turned violent? because no one gave a damn about their protest/demonstration. You're free to protest all you want, and those you're protesting against are free to flip you the bird or just ignore you all together. This is why it turns violent. Those peaceful protesters are desperate to be heard, so they do something that will force their voice to be heard. It's funny how these people protest one injustice, then throw a fit because no one pays them any attention, so they commit several injustices as a result. Exactly my point. Lets vandalize someone's property to show we're pissed! That will help! Hmm, police in riot gear trying to hold the line, most likely not saying anything and just letting the protesters do their stupid thing. I'm betting the protesters did. Cops, at most, throw tear gas. These idiots throw the above mentioned things at people who are just trying to do their job. and there never will be. This is how our society is. Violence first and foremost, then peace talks after you've blamed law enforcement for three-four weeks straight and caused thousands worth of damage. I get it's his job, but really? Would you like to show me other times where an officer involved in a chase said "I'm going to kill this "? In fact, care to show me where an officer being shot at said "Shoot at me, you die"? or "This guy is shooting at me, he needs to die!"? I certainly understand human emotion can play a very big factor in that scenario, but if you're going to use that argument, put forth more effort. I like the logic of other police officers and the mayor had nothing to do with him not being convicted, so lets bring harm upon them! What exactly is ambiguous of " going to kill this (expletive)"? Now if I said "I'm going to kill this president", or "I'm going to kill this cop", do you think the judge would also say it could be ambiguous? Better yet, since when did "kill" have multiple meanings? Maybe in another language kill means something else, but in the English language, which is what we're going by, it's plain as day.

New volume D is an external hard drive, right? If so, it keeps trying to reinstall because the directory is not installed in the normal place.

That I'm not entirely sure of, I just know that your folder has to be the full name. Do you have ScriptHookV?

Your GTA folder needs to be named Grand Theft Auto V in order for all your mods to work right. It can't be anything else.

Please take a screenshot of your main GTA directory, the ELS folder, and pack_default folder.

I already had him rename his mods folder to _mods, which would render the mods folder non-usable, so moving the mods folder wouldn't have a different affect. At the very least, it could be his vanilla gameconfig, but it shouldn't be.

Just go with the one in the middle. Yes, rename it back to mods.
