This is one of my favorite texture packs! Aside from looking really good, it mixes my favorite colors, red and blue, as well as my favorite design for police cars - all white. A plus is that ghost textures are included for sneaky sneaky patrols. My only complaint, several textures with different unit numbers are included, but none of them have specific tasks, such as Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, Supervisor, DUI enforcement, etc. Granted, this is London based, so maybe that's why. Regardless, this is my go-to texture. Really love it!- 16 comments

Looks to me like the site isn't loading fully for you. Do you have another browser? If so, try accessing LSPDFR from there and see if the same thing happens. Could be that Chrome doesn't have something enabled.

I don't think it's possible to make it actually spin. The most is being able to make the lights give off that effect. -
Not only is the texture GORGEOUS, I LOVE the lights. Depending on the vehicles in this pack, I may have to throw on LSPD skins and make them my LSPD fleet! -
How many vehicle skins will be included?

I don't see them ever stopping. I mean, maybe with GTA 6 they will, but even then, it almost seems like it'll be a long time before they stop money whoring from GTA Online.

Cyan said this was one of IPS's lovely (dripping with sarcasm) updates that can be changed back to allow logs and other files. Personally, I prefer that we can attach whatever files. It doesn't make sense to limit it to just images, as then people will start using third party sites to upload the content they want to add. There have been a number of times where I've provided folks with XML files from ELS, or .ytds with my own textures.
