I had installed a couple mods meant to enhance gunplay, and then reverted them (literally five times manually just to be extra sure) and this was still happening. It's something in my mods folder, I just have no idea what.

It's something in my mods folder, I just have no idea what. 1. Correct. SNT (the Trainer made by Sjaak327). It does have a Page or two listing all the various Weapon Attachments. 2. Perhaps the two (your Modded Weapons and the Trainer) are conflicting somewhere.
