Since there's not a similar vehicle in the game that I'm aware of, I recommend trying baller, bison and sadler. Yes, the last two are trucks, but given the size of the Avalanche it may work. Try those and see which best feels.

I'm not too sure on that one, as I don't use different handling.metas, all I change is the handlingid. However, my guess is the handling meta if not the vehicles.meta.

Check the vehicles.meta under <handlingid> to see what it says.

The actual headline is "Dallas police officer killed by suspected drunk driver during funeral procession for another officer.. A guy doing his job lost his life because of an asshole that didn't care. How fucking hard is it to just walk, call a cab/uber, etc? It angers to me to no extent how careless people are and how all of those who drive impaired have zero concern for anyone but themselves. Those that drive impaired (strictly referring to drinking/drugs) should spend 20+ in jail and be barred from driving for life. Despite ALL the anti drinking and driving commercials, posters, labels, etc, they still do it, and will continue to. People seem to think they hold their alcohol better than everyone else. A common thing drunk people say is "I'm not that drunk, I can manage" or "I just had two drinks, I'm good." Idiocy.

You worded this perfectly! One minor correction for step #1. Google "lspdfr mod folder". LCPDFR will get you to the GTA IV variant. 😛 In terms of where to install the car, head to mods-->Update-->x64-->dlcpacks-->patchday19-->dlc-->x64-->levels-->gta 5-->vehicles.rpf. This RPF is where all your replacement vehicles go,

You don't need to edit the handling.meta at all. Editing this file is usually for people who want to perfect how a vehicle handles. Changing the handlingid will suffice. I recommend just manually changing the options yourself instead of copy pasting. 🙂

You're welcome. I also recommend changing the audionamehash to gresley as well, that way it sounds similar to an SUV.
