We can't really see what the issue is with the pause screen open. Can you please take a better screenshot?

Outdated vehicles won't mess up your game unless you do something incorrectly when installing. There are vehicles uploaded from years ago that still work just fine. What Cyan meant was that authors are not going to go back and update the tags on their files simply because of new forum features. Just to point out, vehicles don't get outdated. They get old, as in they've been uploaded for a while, but they still work just as good.

In the meantime, there is an easy workaround. Go into the vehicles.meta and change the audionamehash to that of the GTA V's civilian car variant. For example, if you have a Crown Vic in the police slot, change the audionamehash to "stanier". It'll then have the functioning radio. Do note a couple things, though. 1) This method only works if you're using ELS. If you're not using ELS and change the audionamehash to a non police vehicle, you will not have a siren. 2) You won't be able to change the radio station via the weapon wheel. You'll have to pause the game and change it in the settings.

I like the idea of breaking it down even further to make it easier to find exactly what we want, but if we did this, we'd also have to include non law enforcement, such as DOT, construction, tow, etc. I think that'd be taking it a bit too far. Personally, being able to just separate law enforcement makes it 10x easier.
