    So I cannot use MDT to look up random vehicles without doing a traffic stop? This is really a big turn off.

    Really cool MDT interface. However my game froze after pressing the search button in an attempt to look up a random vehicle license plate. Attached a partial screenshot of the RPH log for your reference.
