SITREP:
I'm fully relaunching my mods page for a smaller, better-quality selection of GTA IV mods. In this case, instead of hiding them for preservation, I have now deleted nearly all of my previous British mods, as well as some of my more low-quality mods with dubious legality regarding the use of player-created logos. Only a select few shall eventually remain.
What I intend on doing is now focusing on what I like best - a lore-friendly classic New York experience for GTA IV. I will be revamping all of my old LCPD mods that feature liveries in Grabber Blue to be more high quality, by means of more correct fonts and my trademark 'hyperdetail' I am bringing over from my newfound area of expertise in OMSI 2. Maybe, I hope, I might be able to get something like a proper LCPD Merit Classic rolling. But that all depends on whether I want to work on it and whether I am able to, logos, liveries and fonts withstanding.
My mods are going to be less frequent, and I expect my activity on the website is going to be even less frequent. A lot has changed since my last posts in 2018, especially in my perception of American law enforcement. I'm not planning on letting this spill over into any of my site activity, though, as I'm aware it might be a bit of a contentious issue here.
In short, I'm going quality over quantity now. Expect less frequent, but better-looking content sooner or later.

Despite not playing LSPDFR (although I plan to at some point), I do heavily download and use multiple police vehicle mods for my multiple GTA V mods folders. And with that, I do like a bit of ambience in my various 'worlds', so to speak.
I've noticed that outside of the Mission Row and Textile City police stations, primarily, that all police cars that spawn outside there are all LSPD Staniers - or police1. But say I wanted to have the other police vehicles, or more than most likely, addon police vehicles spawning in the parking lots of these stations, without having to download mods such as RDE (if there is a small script that does the job, I'll download that) how can I change that 'manually'? I've heard that it might be possible elswhere, it just seems rather complicated... and I've also forgotten it.

Also, what's the deal with 'reacted'? Are we rolling out other means of reacting to posts - i.e. liking or disliking? I'm fearing that's going to be abused, if so, by a minority of individuals.

I can agree with you there, but with more specifics than anything - not much retro and not much lore-friendly and low-poly? I'm not into making realistic cars, as it just doesn't suit the game, IMO - nothing against the modders here, though, it's natural that people want realism in GTA - but there's not much out there that suits the mods I want to make that aren't massively hi-poly and ELS.

I've already mentioned this with cpast over on Discord, and he has acknowledged that the 'featured' section of the gallery is not thought about much. As such, I would just like to remind the admins that it does, in fact, exist, but it does need a good update or two. There are mostly IV screenshots from around about 2013-2015 that are still featured there, with only one or two V screens featured, and I know that removing their featured status may not prove popular with some - is there a way to put a 'previously featured' badge on some mods? - but I think this really should change with the amount of V mods and artistic screenshots that are supplementing them.
So in short, would updating featured be possible, like on a monthly rota, so we won't have to look at the same old IV pics anymore? Not saying that they aren't good anymore, they're just a bit...dated.

In terms of dark humour's offensiveness, if you pull it off like The Onion did on 9/11, and after every shooting - nuanced and respectful, yet still reasonably humourus to a lower extent, then it's okay by me.

School shootings in the US are only going to keep increasing unless something is actually done. It's so easy for the lawmakers and what not to say "This is horrible and needs to be stopped", but when it comes time to act, no one wants to do a damn thing.
I saw that video on a Discord server. It was just horrible to hear.

Now making the NLSP Premier was easy enough, however, making an Alderney State livery proves harder because...triangles. Please see below:
So now, I've hit a brick wall. I'm using the same method as to how I made the NLSP livery - copy over from the Stanier - but because of the unique livery of the NJSP/ASP, I've been forced to trace over the stripes of the livery. And now, I can't go on without delving into the bog-standard and very boring vanilla logo.
Is there anyone out there who has a transparent copy of Abraxas' Alderney State Police logo? I really don't want to use the boring one, and I really don't want to make one myself, because I'm not too good at making logos from scratch. If a copy is provided, then you will be credited in the upcoming releases relating to the Alderney State Police.
Admins, please move if in wrong place.

Sorry for the very late response - I'm afraid it won't be. The design is too basic and bad for continued upload. Maybe I might instead make a new version based on something else, such as, say, 1980s Detroit.
