  2. MODERATOR NOTICE Closing due to topic being in the wrong section, please post a thread in the support forum if your having game issues, don't forget to follow the trouble shooter and read the stickies. PS: You need to post in LCPDFR Support, not GTA IV Support.
  3. Wrong section, topic belongs in Content Modifications, moving thread...
  4. You ran it as admin correct?
  5. No worries bud, nothing major, we just like to ditch to old topics and keep the new ones, new.
  6. Try running the game its self .exe as admin (LaunchGTAIV.exe).
  7. I'm sorry but I don't understand what your saying in this post.
  8. This thread is over 4 months old, please, don't necorobump, its un needed.
  9. Go to the gtaiv or grand theft auto iv folder in your program files (probably in a folder called rockstar games), right click the folder, go to properties and un-check read only, then click apply and ok.
  10. Did you check that your direcotries are not read only?
  11. Trying an older version won't do anything for him, you need to run the installer as admin and check that your directories are not read only.
  12. I know for a fact you can edit it to fix this issue in the vehicles.ide or something, its been answered some where before on here.
  13. Thanks for the vid! I agree, maybe a tad higher in sound, but other than that, great job Ofc. Chad!
  14. Right, but that's because as you stated your system was in adiquite, but I have a machine that can run perfectly fine until you start using high poly models, then this type of effect happens, which can only be fixed by either upgrading your computers components, or removing the mods.
  15. This, or if your using car mods, the car mods that are high poly are taking up your games memory and there isint enough to load the textures, what are your system specs?
  16. I see that, however you have to fill out whether or not ELS is on the vehicle, on a civilian car, obviously ELS won't be enabled/mapped.
  17. Is it loud? I've only liked loud sirens, if its loud enough I'll certainly give it a go :D
  18. Huh, I think your right, however I see that one picture has a internal light bar and such, well, here is Sams if you want it:
  19. Your welcome, I'm not sure to be honest, I just saw it uploaded by EVI today, I know Sam has a marked one that is non els as well.
  20. Wrong section, belongs in Content Modifications, moving thread. Also: yes its non ELS, Please at least search the downloads section before making a new thread.
  21. Lol, but yeah, he is correct, I tried out the newest nightly build, its just so much better right now, you guys all have something really special to look forward to.
  22. Some one wants views/subs :D
  23. It honestly doesn't matter what account you play on, you just have to have an account linked so you can have a save game, thats all, I thought you we're having issues with your LCPDFR, not GFWL....
