If your looking for budget, don't look for alienware, trust me, that's the last thing you want for a budget PC. Again, you really should build your own, but there are some places like IbuyPowerPC that have decent pricing.

Ram is pretty low, you need something along the lines of 4GB, or more, also that GPU is pretty low as well, well, all together, its a low end system, why don't you just build a new computer your self? Like, if you have a small budget, you can get a good budget PC by building one your self, what is your Budget anyways?

He's got a point, that is some very, very low system specs, you would barley pass the minimum specs to play GTA IV, let alone be able to play LCPDFR.

IPs would do nothing to help block spam bots (Except ban them, I'm talking about detecting them.), our forum already has software/measures that block spam bots, thus, as you can see, we don't get any spam, we used to every now and then, but Jay fixed all of it.

You really need to start reading everyone's post, Custo already stated this as you can see above from your other quote, you need to update your game to the newest patch.

Does it give you an error when you try to run it or does it just simply crash? And are you running it as admin?

I'm not sure if I have already asked you this or not, but just to be safe, are you using a cracked/torrented version of the game? Or did you purchase it? Also, if you re install the mod, please run the diagnostics tool and post the log here so we can view it.
