  9. Exactly this^. Certain houses are donated or condemned and given to local Fire Departments to study and see real world effects of a working fire. Simulations like Flash Chambers and "Burn Rooms" are great, but only produce a certain scenario under specific conditions. The way the house reacts, where the smoke goes, certain signs of dangerous conditions, and other various behaviors are great tools to see in first hand with a real world house that could actually be your next working fire. These houses are left to burn and the hose stream (Likely a ground monitor)in the upper right hand corner is there to reduce exposure to surrounding vegetation so fire doesn't spread but the house is allowed to burn completely. Afterwards once the lesson is learned and the house is reduced to little or nothing they will put it out and let a demo crew come and clean it up. The picture was probably just a quick "Hey we just graduated from the Fire Academy cool photo time!" then they go back to work. Source: Career Fire Fighter/EMT.
  10. Here in the states I've never seen anything like that but there are DOT signs that state times to certain key locations and exit points as well as locations of wrecks ahead and which lanes they are blocking.

  12. I think the coordinates shouldn't be an issue either. I'm wondering if the Team will implement traffic and Peds that actually have viable paths and ambient feel to make it worthwhile to play in, that could take quite a bit of work seeing how GTAs AI paths and code in general is usually finicky, although I've never messed with it my self. I think patrolling Liberty City would be a blast again, accompanied by the stability and performance of GTA V, and not to mention the graphics.
  13. Putting Liberty City in GTA V, to play LSPDFR, as the LCPD. We've come full circle boys. All joking aside, this looks really cool actually. I'm not sure how the support would be with call out locations and peds/traffic but I'm sure after a good while of development something could sorta work. Might not work as well as the regular map but I've been wrong before.

  19. For me, Fallout 3 is an amazing game especially with mods. However NV is a far better game in my opinion and I feel most would agree. I would play Fallout 3 just for the story and I own it, but I just decided to watch a play through and keep playing NV and Fallout 4. However if you bought both and you enjoy both then yeah I'd say it's a good thing.
