  1. Nice. Would love to see this expand more. Impala (BxBuggs), GMC Savana (Glitch Gamer), 2014 FPIU (Desmond 98) among others. to make this a complete Sheriffs unit that can be used all over the map. Looks great so far.
This is a must have if you use multiple mod cars in your game. Not every one the model features lights the burn bright in day and night time, so you may not be happy with how your lights look during a traffic stop during the day. You want that suspect to know he is being pulled over, right? Well this mod solves that problem. Leave it to Bxbuggs123 to help make other models reach levels his car models always reach. (None of Bxbuggs models that I have actually need this mod, the lights on his cars burn bright day and night). A very simple install. But as Bxbuggs says, make a backup of the file(s) you are replacing. You'll need it to switch back and forth between the original setting and the two that Bxbuggs supplies (bright and very bright) and settle on the one that appeases your eye. I finally went with the bright versions without ambers. This really makes those day time traffic stops and code 3 responses stand out. Great work as always Bxbuggs.
Fantastic model. Just when I thought I was done adding cars to my game, I couldn't resist this one. I wanted this one so badly I stuck it in my policeold2 slot and followed thehurks easy instructions on how to the vehicle to work there. Once I got that done, I was patrolling Los Santos in this beautiful car. Great work!
  2. Thanks to you both. I actually got my game back up and running with the new update. OPEN IV detected an out of date file and updated it for me and I was able to start the game. I had the updates but for some reason, the game kept trying to point to version 678 until OPENIV fixed it. I'm still getting a GTA 5 launcher error whenever I exit the game but it doesn't keep me from playing so I'm good with it. I have to say, in the time I've held off on updating, the new versions of my plug ins got so much better (Traffic Policer, Assorted Callouts, Code 3 Callouts and Secondary Callouts) but I couldn't get them because my RPH was old. I added Arrest Manager and wow, my game is 10x better. OFC, whenever you are ready, you should update. It's worth it if you use any of the plugins above.
This was the cherry on top mod for my game. I've been fine tuning my game, building it piece by piece to match the world I want in the game. I didn't have a need for a motorcycle mod becuase I didnt have a mod for suspect transport. The base LSPDFR transport broke my game for some reason. But with Albo's Arrest Manager now in my game, I was free to use a motorcycle on patrol and right away I went to TheHurk's mods after watching the various YouTube channels use it. This is a fantastic model, from the details of the motorcycle to the beautiful lighting system. Patroling in the game on a motorcylce is something that was sorely lacking in my game but not anymore. And I'll be a lot of it now that I have model in my game. Installation was easy and Thehurk really thought it through to make it easy, especially with the need update meta. You actually dont edit the meta you simply add some lines that thehurk provided. This is one of the true gems in LSPDFR. Great job! PS shout out to Polecat and BayAreaBuggs and Code Zero Gaming too. Thanks for getting this to the community!
Exactly what I needed for my game as LSSD handles all prisoner transport on the map. Needed that skin to keep everything in the Los Santos realm. Thanks.
Good replacement for stock transport. I needed this one after downloading Albo's Arrest Manager. I'm using this model as one of two dedictated prisoner transports. Thanks.
Well I finally committed to the triple play from Albo : Traffic Policer, Assorted Callouts and now Arrest Manager. I am very selective of the mods I install, they have to improve on LSPDFR and/or add a level of role play that enhances the way I play within the game. And before I think of using a mod, I'll watch others use it in their LSPDFR videos on YouTube to see how well they function. The post call scene clean up in the base LSPDFR was sorely lacking but I found ways to work around them: Lack of jail points on the map - I got around this my making extensive use of the "teleport to waypoint" in the Rage trainer Lack of Tow Truck - I simply drove away from the scene, saying in my mind that the tow truck would clean up the scene after I left The broken (at least in my game) LSPDFR Code 2 transport. Everytime I used this feature, I would see officers get out of their units and abandon their cars for no reason. This would result in abandoned polcie cars littering the map. To solve this, I simply didnt use the feature. Even with these issues, I did not seek out a mod to address them. In many videos on YouTube the post call tow truck and transport mods often caused more issues then they solved. Even when Albo first released Arrest Manager, I refrained, knowing it was a WIP with improvements and refinements to come. In the meantime, I polished and fine tuned my game with other mods. Now with Arrest Manager 7.2.0.1 in my game I address long overdue issues. The mod gives me so many options and adds a level of role play that I never realized I needed and was missing very badly. With this mod installed, I have so many more options post call. I know I'm not the only one who was frustrated / irritated that the Police Stations in Vespucci and Rockford Hills did not have jail points. Problem solved by Albo. I smiled wide when I first saw my mini-map full of new jail points. But if I want to get to another nearby call, the transport works fantastic. The tow truck also works great and Albo gives you an option to drive the car to the tow truck if needed. Of course leave it to Albo to give you yet another option to call the owners insurance company to pick up the car if warranted. There is also a whole level of customizations available to fine tune the mod to my liking. Amazing work of art as always Albo. (Quick Update: I put Albo's mod through some stress tests that I know were problems for transports / tow trucks in the past. For example, I called for transport and tow truck after a call on an elevated roadway. In the past, AI has had problems getting to location. Not a problem for this mod. I also arrested 3 suspects at once and no issues. AI picked up first two and I called for another transport. I stopped a drunk drive in a tight parking lot and the transport had no problem in locating me and getting into the lot to pick up my suspect. It took a few tries to get out, but eventually it did. Impressive! ) Thanks.
  3. So I was playing unplugged for part of the day today but needed to go online to get Notepad ++ so I could edit a handling line for my vehicle in police3. I never signed on to Steam or launched RPH while I was getting Notepad++ and researching how to edit the handling. I ended up doing the necessary modding, unplugged and tried out the game. It worked fine. I had to work for a few hours so I turned my PC off and handled my business. A few hours later, with the PC still unplugged, I tried to launch the game again and got a Rockstar Server error. I've only been modding for a short time and am trying to figure out what happened! How was I able to play unplugged earlier but then couldn't play still unplugged later? Is it possible that Rockstar or Steam put a cookie on my PC that won't allow the game to launch if it doesn't detect the update has been installed in a certain amount of time? Very, very weird.. Probably a rookie mistake, but I ended up plugging in and updating RPH but need to get the version that just released a few hours ago.
Very cool, very simple. I'm keeping all my LSPD cars in the classic LSPD "lore" skins but wanted a little variety for my CVPIs. This fit perfectly into my vision. Thanks!
  4. LOL - Yup. The easiest work around of all time!! Worked for me. I'm actually still on RPH 38 and ver 678. Only thing is, you have to be aware of the update ahead of time and unplug. I have the Steam version so it will update the game automatically when I launch RPH. Albo had a great video on how to keep the game from updating at all. I actually did this but also unplugged just to be sure because I really don't have time to deal with any issues right now. Anyway, good luck to everyone on update day!
This is a fantastic model. It has the exact right amount of lights and is a beauty when lit up. Great work!
Thanks for this skin. I'm trying to keep all my vehicles uniform for each department LSPD / LSSD and SAHP and this skin helps me achieve that. I really want to keep the GTA line of "Obey and Survive" for my LSPD units so this is a perfect skin for the Impala. Awesome work!
Perfect skin! If you are trying to keep your police units in order with the same paint scheme and you want the LSPD mimic of the LAPD scheme, this is it. This texture includes the "Obey & Survive" motto, which I wanted on all my LSPD cars, especially since motto is plastered all over the city on the LSPD recruitment ads. I also love that this texture includes the large font "POLICE", which was on the original interceptor in the police3 slot. Great skin. Thanks for this.
I've had my eye on this model for a long time. It's the most downloaded vehicle mod on LSPDFR so something has got to be right. Desmond continues to update and care for this model so finally I decided to download it myself. I have not been disappointed. It's an amazing, piece of modeling. This is the Explorer I will be using in game now because after 6 versions, the car really has that look and feel of the real life counter part Explorers I see in my local law enforcement vehicles. Outstanding work! One thing that I hope can be added in future versions is the environment lighting when the light bar is on. There is nothing that makes a traffic stop more realistic than seeing the red and blue lights bouncing off of nearby surfaces. But that is a small upgrade for such an amazing model. If you haven't tried this FPIU out yet, go give it a try.
Not sure why this one hasn't been rated yet and why more people haven't used this skin since Bxbuggs models are among the most popular on LSPDFR. I get it, the CHP doesn't use the Impala (though at one point they were seen testing the vehicle for service) so it's not "realistic". But there is no arguing that the model itself is one of the best looking and best performing car models in the game. Adding this car to my CHP fleet with this skin was a no brainer. I can use it as a chase vehicle and it's size allows me to set some pretty sneaky speed traps. The ghost version blends in well with traffic, especially since I'm using the slick top model. (Yes the skin works on the slick top version, see pic below.) The skin looks awesome and blends right in with the rest of my CHP fleet. The Impala is one of my favorite cars in LSPDFR and this skin now give me the ability to use the vehicle in every department in Los Santos County. Great work
  5. LOL - Exactly what I thought when I saw this release. Just when I thought my game was complete, Albo wants to make it better. Looking forward to getting this (and your update Stealth) into my game. You guys both rock!
  6. Thanks so much for this pack. It really helped the realism in my game to organize my sheriff units under the same unit markings. Would love to see a skin for Captain14's Chevy Tahoe!
Awesome pack. I was trying to keep all my sheriff units in the same color with a mostly white base but it bothered me that I had a Blaine County unit in other parts of the map. I was looking for a way to unify my sheriffs departments and for units I use to make sense. Thanks to this pack, I have these skins on all my sheriff slots, including the Impala skin in my FIB/FBI slot to replace the Sheriff skin that came with BXBuggs model. So now my sheriff units can roam the region as Los Santos County Sheriffs. While my LSPD units (Black and white) stay within Los Santos city limits. My SAHP (State Trooper) units are also allowed throughout the region. If you are looking for a way to get your departments organized, you can't go wrong with this pack for your Sheriff units.
I was looking to "modernize" my sheriff fleet and this model was the perfect fit. Love the fact that it can be customized with 3 different lighting setups. Clean and easy install, it was in my game in a matter of minutes. As a Tahoe owner myself in real life (2002) my thanks to Captain14 for putting fantastic Tahoe models into the game. I have Captain14's unmarked Tahoe for my FIB / FBI2 slot and it rocks as well. Great work!
Another fantastic model by Bxbuggs, living up to his stellar reputation as one of the best car modelers in the community. Looking for an upgrade for that bland Buffalo in your FIB / FBI slot? Look no further and download this one. Not only do you get an unmarked vehicle for your agency needs, you also get 3 LSPD skins, a Sheriff skin, and 2 other skins. It's an amazing package. The lighting is awesome and this Impala performs very well in pursuits. I often use it for speed traps. Keep up the great work Bxbuggs.
An absolutely perfect upgrade for the stock Granger for the FIB. The model is gorgeous and the lighting is fantastic even without the radiance mod. Your ratings should not have been dinged by other reviews just because the Radiance mod affected the car. The basic vehicle without mods is amazing and that is what should be judged here. 5 stars my book. If anyone wants to get rid of that stock FIB Granger, look no further.
While I felt I had all the cars I needed in my police fleet, I kept eyeing the Police2 slot with the default LSPD Buffalo as something I may want to update. After seeing many videos online using Bxbugs models, I knew at some point I wanted to try out one of his cars. What a perfect opportunity and the perfect time for Bxbugs to release this vehicle mod. I've not been disappointed at all and Bxbugs reputation as one of the best car model makers on the site shows in this package. You get multiple skins to choose from in the game now in the Police2 slot, which includes variations of LSPD and LSSD skins. Simply amazing. If I never download another vehicle model for LSPDFR, this was the perfect model to finish my collection. Thanks Bxbugs! A pic of the car in action on a traffic stop (notice the takedown lights)
The last piece in my quest to upgrade most of the default vehicles or at least the ones I use the most in the game. This vehicle is the cherry on top. As noted in my other reviews, I'm being very picky with the mods I'm using, so that if / when I run into an issue, I can drill down into pretty quickly. I had one last default car I wanted to replace and that was the slow as molasses default Sheriff police cruiser. I already have my fill of CVPI's in my arsenal, so I didn't want a third variation of CVPI. But I also wanted to keep the mostly white theme of the Sheriffs office (I have CallaboProductions Tahoe for my Sheriff2 slot) and was looking for something that matched or came close. The more and more I reviewed the vehicle models, the more and more I kept eyeing this Charger because it fit exactly what I wanted. The last criteria was installation. This model has a simple and easy manual installation (3 steps after download) which will help me quickly go through troubleshooting steps in the event I have to figure out a game crash. The model is fantastic in game and performs well in all areas. It's so over the top detailed. The lighting is amazing and includes a spotlight and take-down lights. I couldn't have asked for a better car to finish off my LSPDFR collection. Nice job martinct!
As a Tahoe owner myself, I'm a bit biased to this model but it was executed perfectly. It is a perfect update to the Granger that sits in the Sheriff2 slot. As a 4WD vehicle, it's perfect for patrolling the unpaved roads in the north part of the map. But don't count it out as a traffic / pursuit vehicle as it has the power to keep up and can use it's weight for perfect PIT maneuvers, especially on those full size trucks that seem to love to flee. The model itself is fantastic and fits right into the color scheme for the LSSD cruisers. It's a much better vehicle to drive over the default Granger. If there is one issue that needs to be addressed it is the push bar that falls off and flies away on contact. So I usually don't select it as an extra when I use this Tahoe. But that's not enough to keep me from using this vehicle quite often and recommend it to anyone that wants replace that Granger with a much better full sized SUV for the LSSD. This one is a keeper in my book.
