ToastinYou reacted to Alzar for a file, Easy LoadoutThis plugin is no longer maintained. As with anything that I released, it is open source so if it isn't working and you're a mod dev and want to update it... feel free!
You Can Find An Updated Version Here. Special thanks to @HazyTube For Keeping The Plugin Alive!
Why Abandon it?!
Since I have graduated from college and have moved onto starting my career I am choosing to put modding behind me. It was a blast and I learned a lot from it (And this project actually helped me land a job!) but with little free time anymore I'd rather spend it playing games than developing mods for those games. Thanks to all of you who downloaded this mod, seeing so many people enjoy it and being able to develop something that many have referred to as being a critical part of their play session is truly awesome.
Thanks for the fun times!

This plugin allows you to define several different loadouts that you can quickly and easily use while on duty. I made this with the goal of eliminating the long process of giving appropriate weapons after going on duty. This has an easy to use menu that you can use to swap between Loadouts and set which one is active, as well as a quick keybind to refresh your loadout!
Note For Update v1.5: This plugin now requires RageNativeUI! You likely already have it, but if not you can find it here! (Easy Loadout was developed and tested on version 1.6.3 of RageNatuveUI)
Currently supported weapons (Or things);
Default Keybinds (Changeable in the ini!);
Open Menu: F8
Open Menu Modifier: None
Give Loadout: F7
Give Loadout Modifier: None
Note: As of 1.10.1 I've removed a lot of comments in my config files as I found them to just add to the confusion. I've made a wiki page that has all weapon components that can be found here aswell as a general page that will be updated to contain any other various information about the plugin that can be found here.
This project is an open source project, anyone is welcome to editing it I just ask that you give me credit if you release it. The source code can be found here.

Existing Callouts
Gang Activity
Gangs have taken to the streets (literally!) and it is up to you to stop the violence!
Arrest Warrant
A warrant has been issued and you have taken the call to pick them up, but they may not go down without a fight.
Bar Fight
Two bar patrons have just been ejected from a bar for fighting, but now they're fighting on the street, making it your problem.
Hit & Run
A hit and run has occurred, so its time to put the pedal to metal and chase the suspect down, right?! Nope. You get to be back up today! Arrive on scene and make sure it is secure and take the witness statement. There is no one to hunt down, there is no pursuit, you job is JUST to secure the scene. (This works best with BetterEMS and Traffic Policer so you have barriers.)

ToastinYou reacted to Stealth22 for a file, ALPR+ALPR+
ALPR+ is a plugin that I have been thinking about for a while now, but just never got around to writing it. After publishing major updates for both Code 3 Callouts and LSPDFR Computer+, I now have had some more time to devote to this.
ALPR+ is intended to model a real life ALPR (automated license plate recognition) system used by many police departments across the United States, as well as in Canada and other countries around the world. There are many different types of systems out there, and I must admit, I am not really familiar with the intricacies of any of them. However, I've done my best to make this plugin as realistic as possible.
The concept of ALPR+ was inspired by the Realistic ANPR plugin by Danielle. However, due to unknown reasons, Danielle has not been able to update Realistic ANPR in quite some time. It is quite unfortunate, as she did some great work on that plugin, and worked hard to make it as realistic as it was. I hope that I'm able to do the same with ALPR+. Like I said, I am not familiar with ALPR systems at all, and I've obviously had to develop ALPR+ from scratch.
ALPR+ is a plugin that I am quite proud of, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed developing it!!
Features
Inspired by the Realistic ANPR plugin by Danielle Realistic detection logic which takes various factors into consideration, including vehicle distance, angle, line of sight, camera field of view, etc When alerts are triggered, the player only receives information that the ALPR system would know You don't get a blip on your map! The only information you receive is the vehicle model, color, which camera triggered the alert, and the license plate Configuration file with customizable camera settings (for advanced users only; default values are highly recommended) Eight different types of ALPR alerts, each with it's own potential probability weight Stolen Vehicle Outstanding Warrant Suspended Driver's License Expired Driver's License Vehicle Registration Expired Vehicle Not Registered Vehicle Insurance Expired No Vehicle Insurance ALPR system automatically disables itself during traffic stops or pursuits, and re-enables them when the situation is Code 4 Integration with LSPDFR API NOTE: ALPR+ does change some vehicle and ped records; LSPDFR natively generates a lot of peds with outstanding warrants, or expired/suspended licenses Sound notifications when alerts are triggered Integration with Traffic Policer API (optional feature) Developer API Set (or clear) either a pre-defined or custom flag on a specific vehicle Events that are triggered when an event is either generated, or displayed Get the ALPR flag for a specific vehicle Get a list of ALPR results for the current session

ToastinYou reacted to Iggy Fresh for a file, Maine State Police - Taurus and Ped SkinsI present to you Maine State Police FPIS and MSP Uniform. I couldn't find any Maine State Police textures on this site, so I decided to create one and share with everyone who is interested.

ToastinYou reacted to sjain for a file, Key bind presets for popular LSPDFR plugins [Word / PDF / RTF]Hey there!
Common to new users of LSPDFR, and people re-doing their game installs, is the conflict of keys / buttons between LSPDFR plugins. There are a lot of popular LSPDFR plugins on this site, which are of very high quality.
However, if you just install them without changing any keys, you will often find that you don't know what keys to press in game, or the keys you do press usually conflict with different plugins or game keys.
I had this issue as well, and it really ruined the experience for me and I ended up not using many features and it was a total mess. It takes so long to do this (at least for me).
So I made this document. Please ignore lack of colour or fun. I just want to push this out to the community as quick as I can.
Main Features
Simple document with simple formatting (not suggesting that the opposite is a bad thing) Easy to print, low on ink Some keys have been changed to be easier to use and/or so they do not conflict with each other. Available in three formats: .docx for Microsoft Word .pdf for Google Chrome or Adobe Reader .rtf for WordPad (comes with windows) for the convenience of those who cannot afford Microsoft Word / Office.
That's it. There is not much else to say.

(Note to developers: please don't be sad if your plugin isn't in here. I'm a student with little time and am installing more plugins, but the rest have not been updated recently and I don't have time to test them. I will someday. But that is the only reason)
Other highly recommended documents:
LSPDFR 0.3 Control Guide by OfficerSquare
The "DEFAULT CONTROLS (ELS-V).pdf" file in the "DOCUMENTATION" folder of ELS for GTA 5 by Lt.Caine
Printing:
I highly recommend utilizing the "Pages Per Sheet" option. This means that you save on printer paper by having all the pages on one page, but only if you can read small text.
For ELS, I used snipping tool and pasted it in Word, then printed. For OfficerSquare's LSPDFR 0.3 Control guide, I used my printer's options.
Microsoft Word (.docx download) click on the "Printer Properties" button and look through the window that appears. Unfortunately I cannot guide you further as there are huge differences between printers. Remember that pressing the "OK" button doesn't print but only saves settings (a mistake of mine).
Google Chrome (.pdf download) hold the CTRL key and tap P once. Then in the window that appears, click on "Print using system dialogue". After that, click on "Printer Properties" and look through the window that appears. Unfortunately I cannot guide you further as there are huge differences between printers. Remember that pressing the "OK" button doesn't print but only saves settings.
WordPad (.rtf download) hold the CTRL key and tap P once. Then in the window that appears, click on "Printer Properties". After that, look through the window that appears.
For all these points, unfortunately I cannot guide you further as there are huge differences between different printer models and brands. Remember that pressing the "OK" button doesn't print but only saves settings.
I hope this resource was helpful to you!

Possible Burglary (Silent Alarm Response)
The wealthy and paranoid residents of Los Santos and Blaine County often invest in silent burglar alarm systems from Gruppe Sechs or Bobcat Security. Instead of alerting the intruder and encouraging them to flee, these devices give you a better chance of catching the culprit. These systems, combined with their owners' uncomfortably close relationships with the LSPD and LSSD means you'll be first on scene when one of the silent alarms is triggered.
You are called out to a hand-picked residence or business across the state. Each property has multiple locations a suspect will appear at — at the front door, behind a gate, round the back checking out the back door, etc. — and there are different scenarios for how the suspect will behave. You don't get a suspect blip, so it's up to you to investigate the area to try and locate the suspect. Hopefully, you'll not spook them and can make a nice easy arrest, but how things go is up to your skill and luck!
Sneak around the back, try and get juuust close enough them to have them surrender, or try and identify the getaway vehicle, stake it out and try and catch them leaving the property suspiciously.
If you let the suspect drive away without them having noticed you, concerned neighbors might make a 911 call to report the last known location of the suspect's vehicle. It's then up to you to try and stop them before they get too far away.
Illegal Radio Broadcasting
Policing the airwaves is an important task. After all, who will ensure the government gets a healthy paycheck for licensing those radio waves that are all around us? That's where you step in. The police department have made significant investment in radio broadcasting detection equipment, and you'll be testing it out to track down and stop any unlicensed transmissions.
You will be called out to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle that is broadcasting some radio signals without the proper license. Hopefully, you'll be able to have a calm conversation (pressing Y to advance the on-screen subtitled conversation) and convince them to stop broadcasting, but sometimes they will not be so inclined.
This was my very first callout.
Racing in Parking Lot
Appears as “Vehicles Racing” in the LSPDFR notification window.
Some San Andreas residents can think of nothing better to do with their spare time than take their vehicles (or those that belong to others) and ‘race’ them… around their local parking lot. You will be dispatched to the location to address the threat to public safety these individuals pose.
Featuring more than 50 locations around the map where vehicles will rev up, perform burnouts and race between set points in a relatively small area Can spawn up to 4 vehicles, giving you plenty of police work to do before the situation is fully resolved! A vehicle may have a front seat passenger, who also may flee or fight If multiple suspects flee, a single LSPDFR pursuit is launched for all the suspects, allowing you to call backup to pursue the other suspects while you focus on one If a vehicle’s occupants choose to flee, both driver and front passenger will be marked for the pursuit If a vehicle becomes too damaged (the AI driving is still GTA V!), the occupants will flee on foot Vehicles are sometimes stolen, configure likelihood in the .ini file for this callout Vehicles are sometimes uninsured (this feature requires Traffic Policer by Albo1125 to be installed and running), configure likelihood in the .ini file for this callout Configure the “chaos modifier” (in the .ini file for this callout) to determine how likely things are to get violent, allowing you to tailor the callout to suit your playing style Assist Security Guard
You're not the only one out there on the front line dealing with a variety of situations. Private security guards are often some of the first to encounter trouble on 'their beat' — and occasionally they will need help from you.
Scenarios include: Intruder in restricted area — impaired individual Intruder in restricted area — misguided activist Bouncer — uncompliant individual Bouncer — shots fired Unwilling to pay entry Misguided plane enthusiast in Los Santos International Airport Misguided movie star enthusiast in Backlot City Inappropriate behaviour towards other hotel guests University — expelled student Suspected thief There are dozens of places around the map where the callout can spawn — each supporting some of the scenarios above, as appropriate for the location. You are able to ‘speak’ with the guard and the suspect (on-screen subtitles) to determine what actions you would like to take. There are multiple conversation variants and possible outcomes for each scenario to keep things fresh. Some scenarios feature integration with @Albo1125’s Traffic Policer and its Breathalyzer and Drugalyzer functions. Some scenarios feature integration with @Darkmyre’s Search Warrant. Unauthorized Camping
Nosy neighbors and concerned citizens alike may call into the local Sherriff’s Department or Park Ranger station to report unauthorized campsites, or individuals behaving suspiciously in and around them. In these cases, you will be dispatched into the wilderness to determine what is going on, and see if anyone needs to be moved on. But not everyone’s reason for spending some time “off the grid” is the same, and mountain lions aren’t the only danger you might encounter.
Bicycle On Freeway
Whether the ‘eco’ you care about is ecology or economy, riding a bicycle has many advantages. Not every road is suitable for this kind of transport, though, and the car-loving residents of San Andreas will quickly lose patience if a bicycle gets in the way on a fast road! Respond to a call about a bicycle on a freeway, or other fast road — get traffic flowing normally again and keep the public safe!
Suspect Possibly Attempting to Board Flight
Los Santos International Airport is a bustling hive of activity and one of the primary ways for people and goods to come in and out of the state. Sometimes an individual of interest to police will be in the area. There might not be a warrant out for their arrest, but their presence at the airport offers an opportunity for further investigation. If there is a justification from preventing them traveling, you might be able to get another dangerous criminal off the streets of Los Santos.
Suspicious Activity near ATM
You’re called to an ATM after reports of “suspicious activity” nearby. The residents of San Andreas are vulnerable to all sorts of threats as they obtain their cash — your job may involve dealing with high-tech criminals, or those who are a bit more of a blunt instrument.
Several scenarios, so the “suspicious activity” has enough variety. You can speak with on-scene witnesses and victims and ask various different questions to try and determine what has happened and gather any evidence to track down the criminal. You are sometimes given descriptions of the suspect and their vehicle. The detail available will depend on how reliable your witness is! The Department’s ALPR system can be used to track down the general location of a suspect vehicle from the description you’ve gathered from the scene. You can ask suspects various questions to determine their guilt. In some cases, you will have multiple ways of approaching a line of enquiry, and the decision you make will impact how the suspect chooses to behave. Sometimes, if you ask the right questions, the suspect will manage to incriminate themselves!
Landlord/Tenant Dispute
With sky high rents, onerous rental agreement terms and defiant tenants, it’s no wonder that tempers fray in the Los Santos rental market. You are called to the scene of a dispute between a landlord and a tenant and must utilise your diplomatic skills and knowledge of the relevant legal complexities to keep the peace and uphold the law.
Insecure Vehicle Load
Everyone knows that the roads of San Andreas are dangerous places to be — and that was true before some residents decided to drive around with a little too much cargo for their vehicle! You will be called to a report of a vehicle carrying a load in an unsafe manner. You receive some detail about the target vehicle, but then must track it down and perform a traffic stop. Take any action that is necessary to keep the roads safe(r) and issue traffic citations accordingly!

ToastinYou reacted to sloosecannon for a file, San Andreas Record Data Access System (SARDAS)Hello LSPDFR community!
Today I'm releasing a new plugin/application. This is the San Andreas Record Data Access System - SARDAS for short. It's a Windows application you can run on a computer in real-life that will allow full access to ped/vehicle records, IN GAME!
This is a combination of a RagePluginHook/LSPDFR plugin, to access the ingame data, and a Windows application to run on any other computer that accesses the API provided by the plugin. You will be able to access any ped/vehicle records from any computer connected to the same network!
The SARDAS-unified zip contains the plugin, client app, and API documentation. There is also a seperate zip download for each individual part.
Please make sure to read the README - this plugin is somewhat more complicated than most, due to its nature (Networking is tough!). Please read the README!!!

ToastinYou reacted to Thehurk for a file, 2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack - ELSWelcome to something that has been in the making since I've gotten my hands on ELS, something that has taken more hours then you guys could understand. I've pulled out all the stops for this pack. I've taken all your guys' feedback on my screenshots, and I've done my best to destroy it in the realistic/quality/immersion department. I've done my best to simplify the installation of this file. For those of you who are looking for an add-on version of this pack, you're going to have to wait a little longer, as I've got barely any time to even upload this. So without further adieu, I present to you my pride and joy, the 2017 California Highway Patrol ELS mega pack, or whatever you want to call it.
I've updated the pack to include updates to the majority of cars, an add-on version of the pack(.oiv format), and the templates that everyone has requested!
PACK OVERVIEW
=================================
- NAME: 2017 CHP mega pack ELS
- VERSION: V1.0
- EXTRA PARTS: CHP
- OPTIMIZED FOR: Anything
ELS USE IN GAME
=================================
When in game, the lights will work as i've designed for them to. When you exit the vehicle, the entire front of the vehicle will steady burn as it will mimic the
CHP Traffic Stop pattern. I can't stop this from happening.
When you are using any of the vehicles in this pack, and you preform a traffic stop, I HIGHLY recommend hitting alt-j to go to light stage two and hitting L to turn on the
front of the vehicle. This; A, enhances realism and B, makes the car look really pretty.
There are multiple other features that I will leave for you guys to find out with the CHP settings.
IMPORTANT NOTES
=================================
I am always accepting donations! Any amount is appreciated more then you guys will ever know!
Unfortunately I've had to split this pack into two separate parts (will be 3 when .oiv is included), PLEASE BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD ALL PARTS!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE READ ME BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY INSTALL THIS PACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are some things I have been unable to do with this pack and there are some things i've been able to do.
There is no way for me to turn off the park mode steadyburn for when you get out of the vehicle.
If you want to "reset" the pattern for the vehicle if some reason it becomes out of sync, simply press alt-J and then j again.
A incredible thank you to @Problematic , @TaylorSwift and a few more for their help and assistance throughout this entire production of this pack.

ToastinYou reacted to riekelt for a file, Ragify - A Spotify Plugin for GTA VRagify - A Spotify Plugin for GTA V
THE ONLY IMPORTANT PART OF THE SCREENSHOTS IS THE SPOTIFY WIDGET AND STATUS SUBTITLES, YOU CAN IGNORE THE REST IN THE SCREENSHOTS.
Ragify is a plugin for GTA V that seeks to encourage and improve the usage of Spotify from GTA V.
It allows for simple command such as play, pause, and switching tracks.
Ragify also displays the current track, and it's progress so you can anticipate that bass drop!
Ragify can easily be installed by unzipping all files into the GTA V installation directory. Please follow the instructions in README.txt.
Controls
All of these controls require the CTRL key to be pressed.
Numpad 0 - Play / Pause
Numpad 1 - Previous track
Numpad 2 - Volume down
Numpad 3 - Next track

ToastinYou reacted to FtDLulz for a file, Overlay Away - Hide props in first person!Information
Have you ever chosen a police model with a hat or glasses, only to find those props actually obscure your vision when in first person?
No more. When using this plugin those annoying props will be automatically removed when going into first person and restored when going back into third person. Now you won't have to forego putting on those aviators just because they blind you even more than the sun ever would!
Installation and Usage
You need the Rage Plugin Hook for this to work. This has been tested with versions 0.16.607.3592 and 0.15.552.2608, though it should work with earlier versions.
When you have that installed, drop the .dll into your Plugins folder. Once you're in-game, press F4 to bring up the Rage Hook console, and type 'LoadPlugin OverlayAway.dll' (without the apostrophes). If you're using a version of Rage Hook earlier than v0.16, it will probably say something about the plugin not being verified. Just hit the up arrow, and then enter again. It should load correctly. The plugin will take care of everything else automatically.
When you go in first person while wearing glasses or a hat, they'll be automatically removed from your character but saved. When going back into a third person view, the props you had on will be automatically restored, as if they were there all along.
If you put props on in first person, they might block your view until you switch out of first person and back again.
If you like being in first person a lot and don't mind the awful name, than this plugin's for you.
Planned Features
None at this time.
Miscellaneous
Please, PM me any bug or crash reports. I'll try my best to fix any unseen issues that might happen. Thanks!

ToastinYou reacted to FtDLulz for a file, Entity Persistence - Keeps entities persistent! If updating to v1.0.1, you should replace your .ini with a fresh one from the download. Many important default settings were changed.
Caution: This plugin is EXPERIMENTAL.
This may cause a performance hit on your game, depending how you adjust the settings in the included .ini file. The default settings should provide functionality without impacting performance aside from possible drops of 2-3 frames and more at times. If you get less performance than this, please PM me.
You may want to back up your save file. Note that this does not have a chance of messing up your save file unless you save over it in-game. I'm not sure if this actually can mess up your save, but if you want to be on the safe side, go to "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\<some number>" and back up the files with SGTA in their name.
Information
Annoyed when you get out of your stolen car and walk a few feet away, only to turn around and find it gone? Or maybe you just stopped a criminal's car, and he ran a few blocks before you caught up. Maybe when you got back to the suspect's vehicle, you find that it's mysteriously gone, along with his friend's corpse, who was more violent and paid the price.
Now, you don't have to worry about these random disappearances. Once you've loaded this plugin, it will automatically add anything within a radius you set to a list. Anything in the list will be kept persistent and won't disappear until you get far enough away. Once you do, it will be removed from the list and therefore, it will no longer be persistent.
No longer do you have to worry about crime scenes looking like nothing ever happened.
Persistence - the continued or prolonged existence of something.
Installation and Usage
You need the Rage Plugin Hook for this to work. This has been tested with version 0.42.969.8470 , but it should work with newer versions. If it does not, send me a message so I can fix it. Again, I'd like you to keep in mind that this is experimental. The game wasn't meant to have this many entities all persistent at once. Use at your own discretion.
When you have that installed, drop both the .dll and the .ini into your Plugins folder. Once you're in-game, press F4 to bring up the Rage Hook console, and type 'LoadPlugin EntityPersistence.dll' (without the apostrophes). It will probably say something about the plugin not being verified. Just hit the up arrow, and then enter again. It should load correctly. Everything after that is taken care of by the plugin itself. This does include a console command to unload the plugin gracefully. By that, I mean it removes persistence from all entities that were made persistent before unloading. I recommend using this before unloading all plugins or exiting the game.
Configuration
In the included .ini file, you can edit multiple things. The default settings seem to work fine with the lowest performance drop, but if you find you want to change something, be sure to read the comment associated with it carefully to know what impact it might have. The comments show the default setting and what it was tested at. The default radius values are pretty large already, so if you encounter any performance problems, you can tone those down by increments of 32 (personal preference, you can change them by whatever you like). The options are explained in the .ini but I'll put the non-advanced ones down here anyway.
VehiclePersistence - Determines if vehicles will be added to the persistence list. VehiclesUnoccupiedOnly - Only add vehicles if they're unoccupied. PedPersistence - Determines if pedestrians will be added to the persistence list. PedsDeadOnly - Only add peds if they're dead. PersistenceRemoveRadius - The distance from the player at which to remove persistence from entities. PersistenceAddRadius - The distance from the player at which to add persistence to entities. OnlyOnFoot - Whether entities are made persistent at any time, or just when the player isn't in a vehicle. RemoveOnPersistenceRemove - Determines if entities will get removed when their persistence gets removed. More of a fail-safe than anything.
Planned Features
Performance improvements More performance improvements Even more performance improvements
Miscellaneous
Please, give me any bug or crash reports. I'll try my best to fix them. If you have a great idea of something that would work well with the system already in place, then go ahead and tell me; if I think it would fit well, then I'll do my best to add it.
