I know everyone is pissed about not being able to play LSPDFR with the newest update and R* launcher, but I found a workaround that works for my game. Until ScripthookV is eventually updated, this is the best option to get back into patrolling the streets of San Andreas.
 
The issue I ran into had to do with ScripthookV not supporting the latest game update that came with the Rockstar Launcher, and this solution solves that problem. If your game is crashing or not loading for another reason, I don't know if this solution will help you.
 
 
First, download and install the newest RagePluginHook 1.69
Second, delete scripthookV, nothing else.
Third, install ASI Support.
I had issues with backup responding, so I deleted the "PursuitLib.dll" , "PursuitLib.RPH.dll" and "UnvAsiIntrf.dll" files that the ASI Support plugin provides. 
 
Anyway I hope this helps some of you get back into playing LSPDFR or other mods. Good luck!

me too! I've been looking for a set of black SASP Uniforms but i cant find any 😞

Unless you didn't list it, it looks like you are needing Scripthook and similar things. Check the Readme of each file to see what exactly is needed.
 
To double check, I would recommend watching either these videos or these ones.
They offer a very nice step by step walkthrough of everything, and should help you out with the script issues, as well as the vehicle issues.

The best approach is to maintain two copies of the game folders and swap between them depending on whether you want to play GTAO or LSPDFR etc. Albo1125 has a great video on how to do this.

If there are enough consumers complaining, that will change things. We shouldn't just "sit back and take it". That approach will never win.

I really like my state's police Charger liveries. I just like the the black, gold and white look. I really want a Los Santos version of it though, by possibly replacing the Idaho shape with the shape of Los Santos. Just an idea.

The location where you originally posted this was Tutorials & Questions relating to mod development (i.e when people need help with making mods). What you needed is the GTA V general Support section so that's where I placed it. Hope this helps you in future when posting :)

If any of you fine folks out there could help me with one thing, it would be greatly appreciated. As you can see in some sections, the lines are somewhat jagged. If there is a way to make them smoother, I would love to hear. I am making the skin in 2k, so maybe 4k is the solution?

Yep. Just drag and drop them in. You will need to go and update the vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta as well, but it seemed like you knew what to do with that.
 

Hey guys.
My names Izick. I have began to model vehicles and decided I want to create a fleet of vehicles that would replace all of the police vehicles within Grand Theft Auto V. Here is what is going to be different though, I want suggestions on what lighting equipment to make. I want to create stuff not only that I like, but that you guys like and want too. I know how to convert lights and vehicles so I can do almost any vehicle and lighting setup combo. I would have to get permission to publicly release the stuff I use of course. I want to start by getting suggestions on a police fleet. This entire project will be split up into 3 parts. I am first going to do the police vehicles, police, police2, and police3. I will then do the sheriff vehicles, sheriff, and sheriff2. Lastly, I will do the unmarked vehicles, fbi, fbi2, and police4. I plan on making the lighting setups for each part different meaning all the police vehicles will have the same lighting setup, but the sheriff will have a different lighting setup with different cars and equipment. I really want to make something that people will use so I am going to start with the police vehicles. Let's start with the police fleet. What light bar should I use for the entire police fleet? There will obviously be more lighting other than just that but it all revolves around what light bar we choose. Leave some replies below if you have any ideas. If you like what someone thinks let me know by liking their comment or replying that you do so I know what the most popular idea is. Keep in mind I want to make something I like too so it won't be completely based on you guys, but it will be similar so that you do like it. I hope you guys are ready to adventure with me in creating my first police pack.

Made toooooons of vehicle skins, and beginning to test them in game.
 

Drop the models in the latest patchday folder. It'll overwrite anything with the same name

One of my biggest gripes about models is the terrible wheels on some, which can cause me to not use a model just because of that, but this will be just amazing! Finally we are getting some realllll goood looking explorers!
