So I was playing my modded game (lspdfr etc) yesterday, and today after doing some minor changes to a vehicles.meta file, and a carvariations.meta file (to replace some car models), my game would get stuck in the loading screen with ragehook where it shows what plugins are loading. I did what people have suggested to fix that, such as changing gta priorities in taskmanager, or even loading it in safe mode. I also tried replacing the meta files i was messing with, with ones from a stock gta 5 game. Still no luck.

I tried loading my clean gta game, and that worked perfectly as usual.

 

I think it is something to do with my game, and if anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. I've done a lot of work to my game and I would hate to have to reinstall it all.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum! Didn't know for sure where to put it since there were mods involved...

The location where you originally posted this was Tutorials & Questions relating to mod development (i.e when people need help with making mods). What you needed is the GTA V general Support section so that's where I placed it. Hope this helps you in future when posting :)
