If I am posting in the wrong forum, sorry, but i also haven't seen this question, I need help, my computer downloaded one mod successfully then it began taking the files and downloading them as flash player files instead of the compressed zip folder or whatever...please help lol

any chance an extra light bar could be the old school Jet Stream Federal Signal Corporation SAE-WW3-95 all blue rotating light bar? (i am totally downloading and making a skin for my local department and it's the only light bar they use)

i think i found a fully upgraded one on ebay for around 350-400 is that a good price? Do the graphics run great or should i expect a little frame drop or unloaded textures? sorry for all the questions, im still learning

Hey guys, NO CLUE how to mod and I'm waiting to get a good gaming PC before I can use FR, any suggestions?? Also if I upload pictures of cruisers of my local department (they are VERY, VERY basic) I can include light bars used and all other needed info (dad is chief) can anyone make a gta V skin for the CVPI, Impala, and 2015 Tahoe or explorer???
