[GTA IV CRASHING]
Cracked copies get no support, period. If the CD gets broken, get it on Steam or something, but we only support legitimate copies. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

well that escalated quickly..
Again, if you're looking for something to blame, why not wonder why the fuck you would ever put a loaded gun where an 8-year-old can reach it? Does anyone else here not see an issue with that?

Please don't post any profiles other than your own (not that either of you did, because you didn't; just a note for everyone else). Some people (like me) keep real life and GTA separate.

What the heck is going on here.
To prevent gallery/downloads flaming, just report, report, report. We can't monitor everything, but reports can bring to our attention things that we otherwise missed. If you see a flamewar happening, report instead of joining in - trying to stop it yourself can just make it worse.

More to the point, why was a gun left in a place he could reach it? Guns seem pretty high on the "keep out of reach of children" list. 8-year-olds should definitely not be handling them without adult supervision (if they handle them at all).

Question about certain models and lightbars
Look at some other emerglights files from other cars.

Certificate Security problems
Certificate warnings can certainly be a cause for concern - certificates aren't just to annoy you, they're to ensure that a site is who it says it is.

Question about certain models and lightbars
You need to find the one that matches your lightbar (here, it's the one in the lower left that is all clear, second from the top).

2010 Tahoe - Federal Signal Valor
On-topic - I hadn't had a chance to try your mods before, but the Valor provides a very good one.

What This ?
Okay... @OP: There are several base models people use for the Crown Victoria, several for the Caprice, etc. They all have different templates, so not all CVPI skins work on all CVPIs. You need to make sure it's for the *correct* CVPI.

GTAIV 2013 08 13 14 10 10 40
Yay! DC cars! Also, do they operate 2013 Chargers? The only cars I have seen them using are Tahoes, CVPIs, FPI, and FPI Utility. They definitely seem to be moving to FPI/FPI Utility for new cars.

What Lightbar Is This?
Don't shout at each other, please. Keep it on-topic. We found the lightbar; does anyone know of a Charger with it?

USA police have elite squads?
K9 means a police dog (it's a pun on "canine", which for some odd reason has become universal to refer to police/military/etc. dogs). It has nothing to do with the military police; the military police also have K9s (as do other military units; dogs aren't only used by law enforcement). Whether different units are "specialized" or not depends on the department. Highway Patrol is considered an elite unit in a few cities; SWAT teams are considered specialized; detectives are specialized; so are undercover operations; bomb disposal is specialized, but not necessarily a police-only task (fire departments also can be part of bomb squads); etc. Elite and specialized are different, though - not every officer wants to be SWAT, or a detective, or a bomb tech, or anything of that sort. Also, many of these officers are also standard patrol officers - dogs can be used for bomb detection, drug detection, tracking, rescue, or even just for patrol tasks. Also, in the US, the military police don't do much outside military bases. In general, it is illegal for members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines to enforce civilian law (this even prevents a civilian cop from deputizing them temporarily, which civilian cops are generally allowed to do in other cases). The main exception is to handle cases where order needs to be restored (i.e. insurrections and mass riots) (the National Guard *can* enforce laws when acting as a state force, but this is also generally to deal with riots).
