It's a mods folder issue. Did you replace / edit any .meta files? If yes, revert. Did you install addons? Make sure you install a costum gameconfig, heap and limit adjuster.

Do you load it on startup? If so, do not, load it manually ingame via the console. If it crashes, send your RagePluginHook.log into here.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

Remove it for now.

That's the Launcher.log. Do you still have the Permission / Bad Antivirus error or does it crash?

Update LSPD:FR to version 0.4.6. I recommend using the manual installation instead of the setup.exe.

Remove Callout Manager and rename Mods to _mods.

Either make them use another slot (Rename the model files and change the vehicles.meta slots) or create add-ons.

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it. Rename your mods folder to _mods. Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works.

Basically what we told you on our Discord. You learn with time. None of the people who help regularly here just jumped into support and knew everything. Just keep an eye out, try to read logs and see if you can find something out of place. That's a really old log. Does RPH ever launch for you? it seems like it doesn't. Do you get any error message?

They are 0.4 compatible. Updated with 0.42, and still running & working fine on 0.46.

Please know that the TroubleShooter only works for LSPDFR 0.3. NOT 0.4. So there is your issue. Please send your RagePluginHook.log, don't contact Albo.
