No, Albo probably won't be updating his plugins. They still work on 0.46, but are slowly being replaced by other plugins. I currently only use TrafficPolicer and The PoliceSmartRadio, since those still work fine for me, even with most of the stuff disabled.

Also reinstall LSPD:FR0.46 manual. Sometimes the setup messes it up. You should also check your lspdfr.ini, see if it's disabled / if you have a plugin that overwrites it.

No. It's been known to crash, even with disabled .png's and gamecofnigs. It will eventually xrash your game if you look something up in it. It's been confirmed.

No, remove Computer+. It is highly outdated & crashes when looking up cars / peds.

EUP has changed installation location multiple times. Make sure you install it into the dlcpacks eup folder; and that you don't miss component_peds_p and component_peds.
