Like I told you on our Discord, you have an issue with DirectX. Make sure you only have -windowed and commandline.txt and try forcing DirectX11.

Hey! First of all, delete startup.rphs in your GTA V folder. Once you have done that, reinstall LSPD:FR 0.46 manual.

You don't have it in /Plugins/LSPDFR. Reinstall Traffic Policer and remove Computer+.

You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2. You need to send your RagePluginHook.log.

Do you get an actual out of memory error in a Windows form or are you reffering to the log? Try renaming mods to _mods An set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding to true
