Remove AutomaticSirenCutout for now. The rest don't interfere with ELS. Try deleting OpenIV.asi; restarting your PC, and then reinstalling OpenIV.asi via OpenIV. Also make sure you didn't install any Sirens. (Sound files).

Yes, put them all in. And yes, install AsiLoader & OpenIV.asi. Also, reinstall ScripthookV.

Remove dinput8.dll and reinstall it from the ELS download. Make sure it's unblocked, too.

It's still not loading alright. Delete dinput8.dll; ELS.ini and ELS.asi Then start the game, close once it loaded fine. Then send a new AsiLoader.log.

Send a new Asiloader.log.

Remove ELS (You can keep the ELS folder) and reinstall all of it.

ELS doesn't use E to turn on the lights/siren. If that happens to you, you may have missed the .xml you need to put into /pack_default. Also, don't forget that ELS Style and "ELS" are different things, in case you downloaded that pack. Can you please send asiloader.log? It's in your GTA V folder.

Remove Assorted Callouts.

Do you have all DLC's in your /dlcpack folder and in dlclist.xml?

Delete everything in commandline.txt; save & close.

The new versions don't change performance. So update your game and then send a log.

Did you install the LSPDFR EUP Configs?

That's close to a bottlenack. I recommend either overclocking or getting the Ryzen 3000 Series soon. Other than that: Albo's mods kill a lot of performance.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini. You are also missing files for PeterU Callouts, so reinstall the NEW INSTALL download. Drag & drop, overwrite if asked. I don't see Interaction+ in your LSPDFR plugins list.

It's not, I can see it missing file in your log + it still is listed in /Plugins/LSPDFR. Go back ingame, let the game create a new log.

You have to delete all of Computer+, my friend. But Traffic Policer initializes perfectly. Fine. You can try updating the Albo:Common if you like.

Try launching GTA without RagePluginHook. If it throws an error (or logs you out) fix it there and then launch RPH.
