"NumPad Divide" isn't a valid key. You should change it in the PoliceSmartRadio configs. 🙂

Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR and then try it again. Also change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

Make sure you have the following links installed after you installed car packs and add-on cars: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap (just drag & drop into your GTA V folder) Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster You need ScripthookV (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/) for the last two ones.

That's probably something different then. Renaming the mods folder just disables it for the time.

It's a known issue with Computer+. You can try the "fixes" on the COmputer+ LCPDFR page, but that probably won't work. I recommend using CompuLite.

Do you have Phone Notifications turned off in the game settings? If so, turn them back on.

I can see you are missing DarkApi 4.0 for SearchWarrant. Other than that, try renaming mods to _mods.

Do you have Menyoo or any other Trainer? (Even SimpleTrainer)

Depends on what Pursuit it is. Do you use UltimateBackup?

Remove in /Plugins/LSPDFR: - Code 3 Callouts; Crazy Callouts; Computer+ (Use CompuLite); And increase the Plugin Threshold to 60k.
