  1. The official RPH FAQ has a section on how to install replace & add-on vehicles. To add the cars to the garage, you will have to edit the duty_seclection.xml in GTAV/LSPDFR/DATA.
  2. Make sure you have the following links installed: Gameconfig; choose 1x Traffic 1x Peds or 1.5x: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Heap Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster
  3. You don't have to uninstall Grand Theft Auto V in order to have a clean folder. Just a waste of time & space, really. Good luck for the future.
  4. 22ng is the only valid one at the moment. But that doesn't matter, if he is missing PD's in his mods folder, since they will just load from the vanilla archives. I recommend removing whatever you put into PD23ng / dlcpacks / dlclist.
  5. Remove startup.rphs in your GTA V folder. Then, reinstall LSPD:FR 0.48 manual.
  6. It can't. Especially since PD23ng is not a valid Patchday, but a GROUP_UPDATE_STREAMING, which doesn't overwrite files, like the STARTUP GROUP does.
  7. What's the name of the model you are trying it on? Can you show me pack_default?
  8. Because none are on? Did you press J 3 times? Is that even an ELS vehicle?
  9. Show me how it looks ingame.
  10. Yes, you can. But your mods folder seems to be the cause of the crash here. Try it and let us know if it worked.
  11. Assuming everything is installed properly and your lightbars do not have a tint; Remove AsiLoader & OpenIV.asi, restart your PC (not a shutdown a restart), then reinstall OpenIV.asi and asiloader via OpenIV.
  12. Scroll-Lock disables ELS keybinds. If you press it, the menu wouldn't come up.
  13. Drag & drop the RagePluginHook.log in your text bar on here.
  14. You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to at least .NET 4.7.2. You can get that here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=863265
  15. You need to send that file here, not post a screenshot of it. Please attach your RagePluginHook.log.
  16. Rename your mods folder to _mods and remove the Flashlight plugin from /Plugins.
  17. You can't repair corrupted .rpf's. The best solution is to copy the vanilla one over. Yes, you may lose your mods.
  18. VisualV is for GTA V. It looks like your hardware is maxed out. Mind sharing your specs and the GTA V graphics bar ingame? To see how maxed out your GPU is? If you have LSPD:FR running while using NVR / NVE or VisualV, please make sure to disable Preload in the LSPDFR.ini and install a gameconfig, heap and limit adjuster.
  19. Interaction+ is causing your crash. Remove it along with Albo's plugins.
  20. Please send asiloader.log in your GTA V folder. After you have done so, rename the ELS folder to _ELS and see if your game starts up. Same with scripts, if you have it.
  21. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.
  22. You can easily set up a FiveM/ FivePD server on your machine to play with friends. There are multiple guides online, even if you don't even know what a port is. It suits everyone. FivePD is still in development though, but quite far advanced for how short it has been out.
  23. Wrong file. For RagePluginHook crashes, please send your RagePluginHook.log.
