Delete backup.dll and .ini and then try again. Also, you may have to delete CalloutManager. if I remember correctly, it's broken.

Can you show me /Plugins/LSPDFR? You seem to have a file called "backup" which isn't supposed to be there.

1. Clean commandline.txt. It's a text file in your GTAV folder. Open it, delete everything in it, save & close. 2. Delete startup.rphs. It's also in your GTAV folder. 3. Reinstall LSPD:FR 0.45 manual, then RagePluginHook 1.74.

Make sure you add your GTAV folder to Antivirus exceptions. And that you replaced all files when updating.

Can you send your RagePluginHook.log? Also, do you have a scripts folder?

Since some users experience issues with the Asiloader, delete dinput8.dll and use it from the old ScripthooKV download.

Please update RagePluginHook to version 1.74.

Do you load LSPD:FR on startup? If so, remove it.

Multiple things: 1. Update RagePluginHook. You are still on 1.73. Latest is 1.74. 2. ScriptHookVDotNet-univ2 doesn't belong into /Plugins. Remove it. 3. EUP Menu + EUP seem to work & load perfectly. Make sure you do not have that issue with the asiloder. In OpenIV -> Tools -> Asi Manager see if the first two files are yellow or blue. If it asks you to keep updating, remove dinput8.dll and use the dinput8.dll from the old ScripthookV.

Does EUP Menu open ingame? If not, mind sending your RagePluginHook.log and send a screenshot of dlclist.xml (the bottom of it) and the path to it?

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

How is it not working? Did you reinstall EUP into your mods folder and loaded EUP menu in RagePluginHook?

It basically replaces ScripthookV. It still has some issues and doesn't work with SHVdotnet, but it works. Yes.
