It has come to my attention that scanner no longer functions ; @Fox7 reported issue would arise upon death , albeit , vehicles acquired via garage are nominal. Not the case with me , issue is apparent from the get-go. Note , said issue was absent on my first beat ; granted , one has been fiddling with mobile radio...@Sam

Overall fps varies per session... Mind you , typically runs like horse shit , on a hot summer's day but I've experienced good spells by subsequently going on and off duty or simply restarting game. I'm rocking 50-60 fps while LSPDFR is disabled ; I possess a i7 3770 (3.40 GHZ) , ZOTAC Geforce GTX 980 Ti Amp! Extreme Edition (6 GB) and 12 RAM (DDR3). I drop to high 20s-mid 30s!
