    Dude said you have to run the game and load the plugin then it will create the .ini. after first run. Then the Folder "LSPDFRPartners" is created. Ini is in there, Grand Theft Auto V\PLUGINS\LSPDFR\LSPDFRPartners

    Yeah buddy! You need to edit the livery to edit the REAR PLATE or replace the 22char_sign_1 texture with a blank texture in the .ytd to remove the Plate Stuff.
