Most likely you don't have any problems with your vehicles or carvariations, but the problem is that you have reached the limit for vehicles which can be changed in the gameconfig.xml, more info and what values to change can be found here: (there are more values down in the thread relating to vehicles that addons will not work without)

Looks good! The shaking might be due to youtube's anti-shake maybe? On a different note you should try using ELS, it really gives more depth to emergency vehicle lighting. On another another note, maybe you could try out one of my textures :P(If you'd like of course)? Your reactions were absolutely priceless, cant wait to see more from you in the future!

They also seem so oblivious to the player being the officer and even examples of nonlethal force in their "proof", and when things get out of hand in their "proof" it is completely out of the player's control and unpreventable, and is in the stock game, (such as pistol-whipping nearby peds) and proceed to blame it on the mod.

It's sad to see how low the media has stooped... so untruthful and manipulative. Do they even research topics anymore? They couldn't have gotten this more wrong.

They should be in the one of the folders in the ELS, but any car slot the pack replaces should not have an els vcf, since these cars do not use els.

These cars arent ELS , for ELS the lights are extras which is why the extras are flashing, try removing the ELS vcfs for each vehicle that that pack replaces.

Replace the police3 files in newer patchdays, such as patchday11. Even if the files for police3 are not in that patchday, if you add them and they will overwrite the old cars.

Try adding more songs, I remember reading somewhere that you need at least 4-5 songs or something like that.

The reason the game won't launch is that you have the latest update of gta 4, while most mods only suopport 1.7.0, in order to use most script mods you need to downgrade your game version. A tutorial on that:

I may be mistaken because I haven't played LCPDFR in a while, but I think ALT+P starts the mod.

Install a mod like Radiance V and put your postfx and shader quality to high or above if possible.
